but various unamed strains of hillbilly weed is some really amazing stuff.
also before the kushes and diesels were all the rage, the arcata indoor scene was dominated by train wreck and matanuska thunder F***. The matanuska is underated for sure but is on par with trainwreck potency wise but a different high type. I also hear herijuana is really potent in the narcotic way.

I think true kush's and skunks are often overlooked but I will agree that strains like WW and NL are frequently grown varieties.

Oh man. THANK YOU for this tip. I have never heard of this strain, but after reading some descriptions; I don't think I've ever been so excited lol. I will be searching for this strain!

I grew only Mikado for 6 years.
I never tired of it nor did anyone else who smoked it.
Last year a friend grew a Mikado seed he found in a jar of it I gave him years ago and he had saved (the seed).
It was a female and he had an unknown male next to it.
I ended up with around 100 of those seeds and call it Almost Mikado
It almost has the taste, high and looks of the original.
It's still real good though and I'll be keeping a mother of it for a while longer.
Considering I also have White Rhino, Blue Mystic, Sour Diesel, and White Grape, I think that says something about the Mikado.
I also plan in the future to start all the Mikado-x seeds I have to see if any show just the Mikado traits.

Maybe we need to start a grassroots Mikado revival! Make a Mikado99 for the GN Collection.
