I thought 29 would be enough to SoG but lol apparently not.

My problem with too many plants = handwater. I gotta tkae each and everyone out to water.

Maybe I can try to do a CHRONIC SoG in RUBBERMAID tubs.

im thinking about putting around 25 plants under a 600 - cut off all the side branching

but a hand watered sog with this many plants is pretty painful i have to agree ...

how many square meters are you using? i would go for 16 per m2 - i think that should perform nicely (and thinking about going hydro then - its fantastic)

Hydro just isnt me. I havn't seen anyone who can grow bud that just comes up to par with soil.

I'm considering giving the CoCo thing a shot because I heard its great and is similar to both worlds (hydro/soil).

I would like to do a setup like Dongles, but I dont have any walking space so it would be difficult as well.

I want a bigger room :)

i hear you - there is just a lack of taste! but i love the vigour and speed of growth it offers me, also the potency has increased by many times since using hydro. but i also can understand why ppl still grow on soil - just nothing like it!

but maybe you could go ebb&flo or topfeed coco, would solve all your problems and make it even better.

a bigger room would be sweet

Mr Jones what is the difference between ebb&flo and topfeed?

I DO want a reservoir, and I DO want to run CoCo. Just gotta figure out the best way to do it.

topfeed is when you take drippers put them on the top of your pot and pump nutrient solution thru those drippers in the medium - usually on some kind of circle (i dont know how often and how long for coco - im using hydroton and can water them 24/7)

ebb flow you put a bunch of pots in a somekind of big pool and flood this pool a couple of times a day ... never did that but its very suitable for bigger grow ops like yours because drippers can cloq

I like the sound of Ebb&flow. Does that mean they soak the water from the bottom up? Sounds like a great concept with COCO.

Here is a picture of lights on today.
Any idea what kinda deficiency this is??

I am a big fan of any system that does soaking mixed with full air exposure to the roots (aero, ebb/flow, etc). They feel like they give the plants nutrients then make them push for more with full oxegyn exposure. E&F would work great with coco!

*edit
phospherous or magnesium looks like

i grew out 5 plants from a pack of 15 seeds. i still have 10 seeds left to make some crosses to .to me you can find a good strong plant .look for the grape phenom . i had one and it was so strong it made my eyes cross and the room spin. i felt like i was about to puke .then the more sativa one is the lime pheno and its lime green too. almost florescent green. and then the in between pheno. the pine smelling one. its a match for northern lights as described . but nl is one of the plants that's in the gen pool so it makes it a no brainless to find a northern lights phenom.

Hi! I have two phenos of SS Chronic, one has airy buds and stretches cola tip smels with nuts, long lasting flowering period. The other one has dense buds and smell of Southern Comfort liquer and short flowering. Could you advise me please on which one should i keep and which one should be disposed.

This is my first run, and although I thought I had the "good" phenos, as I was told, there seems to be a bunch of different phenos in there with different looking buds. Its kinda crazy.
