Yes.
This is Nirvana version of Hawaii Maui Waui. I got these as a freebie and was nothing like there description. She was short 3.5ft. vegged for 2 weeks. Flower for 68 days. You can look at there description on the boutique.
she is the lowest in potentcy I have.
It could also be that the Nirvana version of the strain lacked strong genetics and probably was just a ripoff. The most experienced grower/smoker I personally know (30+ years of growing indoor/outdoor and smoking daily and buying/selling weed) says that the only time he's ever "Astroplaned" was when he smoked some authentic Maui Waui he picked up in Hawaii when he used to live on a yacht (they did a world trip). So definitely try get some good genetics and grow some 
P.S Hopefully I can get him to Astroplane off some of the Hazes that will be coming off this year, as he's only been smoking heavy Indica's for a while now.

I was very pleased with the outcome of this plant. The smell and taste is as they say here but the lanky part was way off. I think if you get this pheno you will enjoy her.

Don't know anything about that... but i know i could not obtain Molokai Frost until now, so i'm happy about this release
and i'm sure the price will be reasonable as always with bluehemp...greetings

lol there is no one strain of Maui Wowie, Its more of a brand name for the tourists and always has been. Its a blanket term for several infamous strains found on the island. The real strains have names like 'dog' and 'blood'.. altho most bags on the street level will be sold to you as the maui wowie, regardless if it is afgooey or cane field shwag, if you are a tourist. The so called maui wowie from the seed companies are never comparable to the real deal. But Maui Wowie having always been a generic term and not a strain name, I guess you can name a whatever indoor indica after it and get away with it...

I smoked some weed that was purple green in 1982 that was called Maui Wowie. It was super lung busting expando weed, that got more more stoned than I ever have been in my life. It was definately on the indica side. Great taste, kind of set the standard. I've been looking to get back to that girl since I started growing. Haven't had anything close yet.
I'm growing OG kush abusive for the first time and Bubba Kush Katsu cut for the second time hopeing that these may have some of that flavor.
The closest in flavor and stone I've found was the White. Nothing I've bought from seed has been close at all. Not even from Spice of Life.
