I think that the fact that there is so much risk associated with producing and bringing cannabis to market that legalization can't help but bring prices down, by increasing supply. This is why criminals are against legalization. It takes money out of their pockets.

This wasn't meant to be a topic about the price tack, as much as wich way growers and smoker are going to choose for the future. Its difficult because things in Europe are different, compared to the US, etc.

I wanted this to be a light it up and speak your (free) mind tread, as i wrote in a "sober"
way. But i guess that Iam a newbie not knowing the manners of ICmag...

True enough things are different here in europe our law agencies are a wee bit more civilized compared to those in the u.s and other countries.
We're not persecuted to the same degree, jesus the cops in the states seem like hitlers ss compared to the guys we have over here.

It was an open question. Which way do you think it should go, kind of thing.
(I think it's important not to raise a generations of smokers, just to make them consumers. Hippie for me was sharing and caring. And Jydsk are right, how many didn't become money making yuppies, I know some...
But I guess some people will think it's a communist way of thinking...
I would really like to discuss it, but it probably can't be done in a
sober way, so ...:-(

But i think it's got out of hand, and guess I pissed off a lot of people (unfortunately some, that i like!), and some pissed me off. So tough shit, I will try to shut up!

Hey @ Twoshot...i don't see a problem here, i just re read the intire thread. I see maybe a conflict of interests/opinions nothing more....this is what i like about ICmag, people speak freely and the waves go high sometimes.

Iam just a hippie thinking that every grownup should own a plant. If he or she took a look at it closely, it it wouldn't matter matter, to have only that one, or a million. They would understand how plants functions. Does it matter what and how many stains we have grown or how much credit we have from the clan. It does to some, that's fine! But I think it should not exclude others from speaking. (Am I way off, again?)

If some thinks, that others are not worthy to give there opinion. Why not make a forum for the master breeders and smokers? where only they can speak, if they have a certain rating from other members of the forum. That would allow the newbies to speak, without being ridiculed (Forget Toker´s Den! ). And the masters wouldn't have to listen to newbies asking stupid questions ...

In most "professional" forums the moderator and staff don't take part in the discussions. And only interfere, when things get out of hand. That not the reality on most Cannabis forums around. That I think is both go(o)d and bad...
