As far as the final weight...I'm not sure because I don't keep a working scale around anymore, but I'd guesstimate it to have been about 3.5 ounces from the plant pictured. If I hadn't been picking at it prematurely to get a feel for optimal harvest time, it probably would've been closer to 4.

Just finished harvested my big mama jama motherplant that I've had outdoors for about 6 months. Initial estimates were between 1/4-1/2 lb but looking at things now it could easily be twice that much. I have to take her down in phases. One more 1/4 of the plant to go and I'm hanging up my clippers for a while.

Here's a little hash ball I rolled up from some dry sift. Came out to about 10 grams. I could have kept going, but I like round numbers.
