Where is the best place to live for a cannabis full, worry-free life?

This is becoming more of a possibility for me and my girl, I just don't want to get in an apt building and their like "No growing in this building/Gated community/neighborhood"


So can you grow in apts? I heard something about having to be a resident for 366 days and then you can get med cannabis card.. That still true?

Anyone know what the employment opportunities are like in Santa Cruz CA? I'm 25, just lost my job, no reason to stay here in boring upstate NY for another winter.

How difficult would it be to pack up my car and just drive out to a pot friendly city like Santa Cruz on a budget of only 2k? No friends or family out there, but dammit I want to grow these feminized SSH and GWS seeds I have and I want to live in a place with nice weather and economic opportunity!!!

Is this just a pipe dream? I'd do it if I knew I could land a job and an apt when I got there, cause I have next to no money. Anyone in Santa Cruz need a roommate? I'm a cool guy, real chill and I am a hard worker. I'll work at wal mart if I have to, doesnt matter. As long as I have the freedom to grow, vape, and meet interesting people I'll be happy!!

if you really wanted to move out to cali by yourself , i would look up mobile home parks first ,theres tons of them in cali find a cheap one for around 500 a month . once you done that ,then my friend you dont need no ones help, move out there with your car focus on getting a job, work for a year and a half , lol then upgrade son,,

I just moved from Ohio. Heh. There is a lot to say about it beyond pot imo. Incredibly cheap cost of living. 4 seasons. Some really beautiful country, plus Columbus, which is a very fun city. Employment sucks everywhere but it's not nearly as bad as many other states. etc.

As per pot, from what I've read the decrim. is misleading for growers. They tend to throw everything in the book at them from what I've read.

what about the dispensaries?

I dont waste time with dispensaries(unless I want clones) they dont pay top dollar. and your weed almost has to be perfect looking and unique for it to be paid near top dollar. Yeah if you got a LB of perfectly groomed clean weed go for it.
