Well I have been running my 100w ceramic metal halide bulb for the last couple days and the temps have not been over 80f. The plants have started to take off now and I had to supercrop the small one because of how tall it had gotten. I am very excited how well this grow is going and I am really looking forward to running some good genetics next time around. I am thinking about running either my g13 gigabud or my g13 power skunk. I am open to your advice on which to pop first so lets hear it.

Well what good is an update without pics.

Nice buds mate

It is a light effect or is that you have some nitrogen deficiency in the lowest leaves ??

Anyway, they looks very happy in there jajaja

Cheers

Thanks for the love!

They are getting more frosty as the days go by, and they are starting to smell stronger too. These were some bagseeds I got out of some really seeded swag. The bag it came from was nothing to speak of but I got tons of these seeds so I hope this turns out to be good smoke. They smell like a skunk that got hit by a pepper truck.

Well so far I have one vote for the G13 gigabud for my next round. I am trying to decide between that and G13 power skunk. The gigabud seed is feminized so it would help speed up the next batch too but I am going to leave it up to you guys and gals.

Very nice cab. I would love to move up to a NGB style cab in the future. Gives you plenty of room to work.

I grew out g13 labs power skunk last fall and i had terrible results. I had about 7 females, yea i got great ratio but they stretch something ridiculous, 7-8 ft even after being supercropped multiple times. We ended up chopping her down around 12 weeks and it looked like it could have went on forever. I have seen some good reports on these boards if you search but my experience with the power skunks was one id like to never experience again. Same goes with g13 afghan mafia, and th seeds da purps. I did have fair results with the thai super skunk but due to room constraints had to cut them early at 12 weeks. If i could have let them go 14+ weeks i think it would have been a damn fine sativa.Good luck with your g13 gear

Time for an update! The smaller of the two plants was recently transplanted into a hempy/soil bucket. It is perlite up to the drain hole and soil on top with a layer of coco in between. I think I over watered her during the transplant and I hope she drys out soon. The larger one had some deficiencies and I decided to feed them both. She lost a couple fan leaves in the fray but is looking good none the less. They have both bulked up since the last photo session and I am looking forward to what they end up producing.

Both girls right before lights on. Large plants is at day 54 of 12/12 from seed and the small one is a week or two behind.

Nice micro-grow grouchy, it looks like you'll be pulling some fat little stinky buds from under that 100 watter!

Thanks for all the compliments and kind words!

I was going to pull the larger one between the 4th and the 7th of november and will do a normal style dry and jar cure. The smaller girl will be pulled on the 16th and will be water cured so that I have some stealth smoke as well. I am running up on a long trip and will need to do it this way to work it out. I am pretty sure I will get good results as the larger girl already has mostly cloudy trics. The smaller girl is seriously putting on some weight and I laugh inside every time I look at her knowing how I tricked her into it.

I plan on filling it all the way up this next time around and can't wait to get started again even though this grow is not done yet.
