Coliseum strain choices

okay I have a problem that isn't really a problem, I have too many strains to REASONABLY run them all in my 300 site coliseum.

I am running the tall boy modules (75 plant sites per module, 4 modules total[300]) and doing media filled vs aero for the moment, I am REALLY liking the media over aero as my plants just seem to have such better support and healthier roots. I've been running about 70% perlite/ 30% coco using GH lucas formula with a couple supplements.

my question to other vertical growers is which strain(s) do you think would perform the best out of all of them in a very dense SoG? topped or lollipoped? The longest veg I can really give them is going to be at most 2 weeks. your opinions are always welcome.

quality is the top concern, quantity coming in second.
I have other room for flat gardens, just dont want to be mixing a whole lot of genetics in one recirculating system.

My top 3 for coli growing, give the grape 10-12 day veg cleaner/c99 don't need more then 5

i think heath robinson pulls 2.5gpw with critical mass vertical so should be suitable

Yeah, critical mass will give the yields for certain, from what I read.

you should consider maybe also Moscas double dutch x c99

i have the DD myself and shes an awesome yeilder but, at least the pheno ive got, is slow in the vegging period so if the c99 ads shorter flowering time and more vigor in growth period it should be an superb cross for use in a commercial coliseum grow i should think

and see which of those works best

I know someone who has a lot of success using sensistar vertical

Sensistar wouldnt be very high on my list for a vertical grow

it has decent yields and good potency but way to much trimming work for each plant

i can think of the nightmare of trimming a large amount of SS plants from a vertical grow compared to if one used big yielding easy trimming ones like chronic, double dutch or similar

from my experience i would go for superskunk - stays very short and produces a lot of very high quality bud!
second on my list is chronic because of its yield - but kind of hard to control in such limited enviroments ...

I heard that low rider does really well in the Coliseum. I haven't tried it yet from personal experience. But a short plants should do really well in there.

Lowryder is an autoflower strain. You can't clone them and I can't see any reason to buy 300 seeds per grow.

I know blue dream does very well in sog setup. They are definately a high yielding strain. I know someone that pulls 2 lbs per 1kw in a flat sog so im sure it would do much better in a vertical coliseum setup.

I'd go with the blue dream. Over 2 lbs a light. Over 3 with the coli. Start 12/12 @ day 1.
Has a lot of stretch but they chunk up. Stalk of bud.
