Sounds to me like he is making the right decision and not trying to move out there and draw a govt check and sounds like you are just another internet toughguy. I would make sure you can get housing at an affordable rate first, that is the most important thing, then get your license and card in order. As I understand you can get one with a rental document upon move in.

is it as easy as pie to move to cali and grow, no, but alot of people are being drama queens and scaring you for nothing, seriously if you got some funds and you really wanna do it, do it. dont listen to the advice of a bunch of people who arent you. theres alot of different experience out there, some havent been as successful are others, but thats on them more than being in cali.



anything that you run into after you move, unless your a pussy, you can overcome. its not that hard to grow a lb a month in a 1bedroom apartment., add that to your income from work. you can do that for a year figure out your scene then blow it up, or dont blow it up, keep working and growing a little, and next time you take a girl out to dinner your not gonna stress her 4th cocktail
