Two weeks before harvest is usually what I do. There are a lot of opinions on this. Some simply stop feeding and others flush with as much as 2 to 3 times the amount of water the pot can hold. I usually flush once at two weeks before harvest and then regular pH waterings until chop.
One tablespoon per gallon of water is what I usually do. Black strap molasses has a higher nutrient content. You can get it dry at the feed store. If you don't want to mess with bulk, Brer Rabit table molasses is available in stores and online. They have black strap and one other high nutrient type but I can't remember the name. If you can't get anything but plain old molasses at the store, make sure it is un sulfured.
Some say molasses isn't much good for chem nute grows because the chemicals kill off the soil microbes. I still use it anyway, it's very cheap.

your grow reminds me of one of my first hps grows, quite awhile ago, i had 2-150watt hps i found on a fence one night out drinking when i was 14 lol. i got the chains to hang them in a parking lot and just re wired the lights to have remote ballasts, cost effective option for expantion. have fun, stay safe, good luck. rep +
