Growing in Lapland

It doesn't matter if I think I am right. I usually dry it still in the buds and remove them when the buds are dry because it's easier that way.

But now I know why some of my buds were infested with mold.. I really can say it was because I sometimes touched them a little when I was watering them.. that's because some of my other bushes have been in a lot worst enviroment with more rain and they don't have even a minor mold on them because I haven't touch them at all any time ever..

I think this statement can be called at least odd...
Did you poured water directly on them? I think you didn't. Therefore, the reason in another:
The mold is a great problem. I saw many reports with different LR-hybrids and most of them had a such trouble. Maybу GG or HAZE genetics can help. But now they are low breeding.

Hey, where are your dry pics? Mad macro? :woohoo:

Well it could be but many people say so, so I think it's correct statement.. I mean that I might have touched them hardly when I was watering.. And yes, LR hybrids are really weak agains the mold.. such a shame..

Didn't have the time for the macros but hold on! There are more to come sooner than you think!!:abduct:

it hurts to see mold like that lapplandish, seen it to many times irl myself and since I grow @ about the same latitude and in the same shitty conditions as you I feel your pain

so do you have any experience with the finnish strains? Being norwegian I've always been curious about cannabis from other parts of scandinavia and finland...the last four years I've studied danish and canadian genetics quite a bit and grown out some canadian ones (guerilla gold #2 and freezeland x gg#2) and they worked superbly @ latitude 60 .....most were finished by 15-25 august, good toke as well! But I havent studied strains from Finland as much yet, but I've heard about quite a few like Jeppis Pearl \ Finryder and I also know that some finish guys have done some breeding with that auto\sensitive strain that sagarmatha or somebody released a few years ago and have discontinued....forgot its name but it was a big hype when it first came out

would be nice if you could chime in with some knowledge on finish landraces\ibl....us northpolers need to stick together to bring that harvest home! :D

Hello there..:) sorry for not beeing answering here..

No I don't have any experience yet, but I have got my self some Ovela Ratsastaja seeds and I'm probably going to get some Danish Passion seeds also..

Well those GG and freezeland genes would be nice to have here.. and if you might have some seeds left we could do some trading mayby?:)

And Jeppis is great strain but it's not available anymore.. I think it was because police busted most of the guys who were breeding Jeppis.. That might not be true, but that's the best I can tell about Jeppis..

And that strain you are talking about is Stuporsonic and that I think is actually swedish strain I think.. if that even is the strain you are meaning..:D ..and I might not be the one with the answers about finnish landraces, I think you should ask Suomi-Prkl about them..I don't know if he is the guy with the answers but he is the first guy in my mind.. Soviet Finland might also know well..if he is who I think he is..;)

Ahh man those seeds look a little young to me. Ive been crossing Lowryder2 for 2 years now, and i know to leave them a bit longer when making seeds.

Also the mold is a problem with mine aswell.. I usually notice it right away and I just smoke the infested part... havent gotten sick at all.. I dont know why some people are anal about mold.. The white fuzzy stuff never hurt anyone!!

Yeah I fortunately were aware of that and I kept those seed plants out 3 weeks more than normal plants.. And most of the seeds were good guality and the ones we tested started to germinate..:woohoo:

I think you are a bit too brave smoking infested buds.. who knows..:abduct:

After you checked out the seed, please, let us know the result. The amount and if they looks good/ready.

Sure I will.. and you can look at them yourself here..

there are 50 seeds in those small packages and a lot more in those others.. I haven't got time to carefully check all seeds and those unchecked seeds are in fullest package..

No, not even near.. there were about 50 good guality seeds in those previous buds there and the most of these seeds are from same plants but they were collected earlier.. these last ones were budding late and I left these out for a couple of weeks after I collected those others and they came good too..

Thanks for the kind words bro!

peace
