Growdoc Seeds has bubbledust for 40 bucks. A little more than 25 but worth the extra. Growing it right now and it smells like sour grapes and is gonna be killer without a doubt. Easy to grow, 60 day finish, sour grapes, fuck yeah!

You cant turn heads here in norcal with Nirvana strains

what is it here with people and fucking norcal??? i bet that if i buy a random pack of seeds from them and search for a killer pheno , grow it dry it and then sell it i and anyone else can make heads turn.

specially in cali , you just call it kush and all heads turn.

You say their stuff is bland , yet you never ever grew a strain from them , so basically you have no right to speak here .

Cuz mau worked in positronics they also have posi strains available which for me is a good thing.

But go ahead and pay more , just don't think it's the same as buying an expensive car from this or that brand. You buy a little seed containing genetics giving you many possibilities

just in the future , when i give you negative rep simply cuz i don't agree , please don't come bitching on my profile about it ok? hell you can negative rep me all you want i couldn't care less , it's just a stupid internet thingy so don't get worked up;)

I live in Norcal and have friends "in the biz"... I passed around a Nirvana White Widow pheno I had that was outrageous and it was loved and requested. My pot snob friends also loved Aurora Indica for it's medicinal qualities. I grow Bubba, OG, Pure,Chemd, and Blueberry that tastes like Blueberry.
I've grown Urkle, GDP and a couple of local favorites like Goo and U2.
I've gotten great results from Nirvana. And if you are just starting, if you burn up 20 dollar seeds on your first run, no big deal.

You think the dutch breeders threw any money back to the columbian and afghani families that grew the strains they used to make their lines?

Any way , good luck on your purchase, SOL is great, guaranteed keepers in every pack and do your self a favor and cross one of the males to some females. Now you got a couple of hundred seeds to play with!!

Legends has some awesome selections, great customer service, nice freebies and stealth shipping. I have some Northern Lights x Haze freebies from them I want to sprout.

i suggest Mandala seeds. great genetics, forgiving to grow, cheap prices, and a fantastic smoke. also, i've never heard, nor personally experienced, anything bad with their seeds.

give Mandala's Satori a try. the smoke is a heady clear high with relaxing body undertones. she's sativa dominate. Mandala's Sadhu is a great indica choice.

one more thing, Mandala seeds need very little nutrients as long as you've got them in quality potting soil. they can take the heat as long as they've got a good water supply.

I dont know, but I think the big thing about being in northern cali is we end up with some very funk stuff and we end up with it first. Shit like Blue Dream, Bubba Kush, Granddaddy, Urkle, lavender(The real one, not soma's which isnt like lavender at all!), Coral Reef, Mothership, and countless other ones including very old school knockers. Or skunk actually tastes and smells like skunk unlike the dutch counterparts. I have grown out way to many strains and just dont support plagiarism so I dont support nirvana. Sorry! www.seedbay.com

I wish I could end up with a good white widow pheno one day. Every one I have ever had has sucked balls. Looks funky and frosty, smells mediocre, and the highs are always very weak for me. I have heard that back in the day there were some really good white widow seeds going around, but a cut was ripped off from the breeder and crossed with other shit to make seeds and it fucked everything up. Just what I heard though. Kind of the same shit nirvana does.

I heard that to but shantibaba sed the plant that was taken to the cup was infact a selected f1 from seeds any one could by so even if they did steel a cut wich i find rather odd as the plant would of been in full flower.

My thorts on this post is get the strain you realy want invest in the seeds you want when you think about the power and other costs that come with growing and the risk seed prices are not that big of a deal but are the main thing to a good grow and out come good genetics are what you need to be looking for from the breeder that created it why pay for copys when you can make 100s or 1000s of seeds your self from the original line your self for free.

that fits the description of the widow very well, in my experience

I guess the biggest problem with nirvana is they sell their seeds cheap and and they always are in stock! lol

Goodluck with your grow!

Not my experence with the widow i found it very good infact suprised me but like all things selection is key odly i selected 2 fems 1 sat expresive 1 indica expresive and i dont like indicas but did this one both diffrent yet both special that sat expresive one had the most od smell like indian spice fruity spice taste and very resiny yield was low tho for a sat the widow is one of them lines you need to try but not from other peoples clones you need to get f1 seed and run the pack select and then you will know.

There are so many great seeds available for cheap right now it isn't funny. The ICMag thing at SBay has provided some top shelf seeds for very little coin.
I'm talkin bout amazing shit being produced by our very own...and for far less than the same quality stuff could be had anywhere.
The donations to that fund have been friggin phenomenal, IMO.
OK, yeah, I;m ripped....but I know for a fact that there is no place like this. It aint happenin like this anywhere.

And I aint trying to steer anyone away from the commercial gear available at the bay and boo, cause they also provide us with CHEAP quality gear...but the donation thing is..well, it oozes with love and passion for the sport.

If something catches a persons eye, they shouldn't really worry about the cost anyway. I mean, if we can't afford a bag of seeds, how in the hell are we supposed to afford to grow the shit? And patience is a virtue that each and every successful grower learns to appreciate...and if we are short on coin, be patient and do good shit. Coin will come. If not, then it prolly wasn't supposed to anyway. OK, Im done. :)

I have never had a problem with nirvana. I have had 2 problems with legends. I will never order anything from green house again.

If you want an easy sativa for your first grow go with apollo 11. hardy stalks, dank, good yielder. easy to grow. flowers in 7 to 8 weeks. If you want an indica, go with NL, or Afgani. easy to grow, harvest in 6 to 8 weeks, always dank.

hoosierdaddy: Way to go. Very well put.

Also about the Black Widow from Mr. Nice, we did it. Outdoors and indoors. It was weak. Looked great though! Outside it almost turned black it was so purple. Indoors it was green/purple. The smell wasnt really there though or potency. I didnt smell anything, where as the purple kush right next to it was incredible and sold for $4000 / lb. Even my pops who hadnt smoked weed in YEARS smoked the black widow and said it was pretty weak, just made him want to talk a little more. Cuts were also passed around and grown by other people and all the same stuff was said. A friend also grew some from a different seed stock almost 2 years before us and the same results. I think we are just used to smoking some incredibly potent shit and otherwise good chronic just doesnt cut the mustard. I swear some of this stuff we do up here makes me high just by looking at it or smelling it! lol

One of the best strains I've ever grown was from Nirvana, Aura Indica. It's one of the top 5 best indicas I've ever grown and people request it by name regularly.

I've bought a lot of seed from a lot of different seed company's. I have been completely blown away with cheap seed and felt ripped off by over hyped over priced seed, and vice versa. I don't fall for the marketing hype on seeds anymore.

Does anybody fucking read? I never said you couldnt get good stuff from Nirvana. I did say it was bland though. I said I wont by from them because they rip off everyone else's genetics and I dont support plagiarism. You can get cheap seeds that will produce something good, but they are making their money off of other peoples hard work! FUCK, READ PEOPLE!

I've never heard of Mandala having a bad rep, at least on IC Mag.

I noticed a lot of people replied saying they never heard anything negative about Mandala.

Check search results on here or other places and you'll find enough. I think people knock cheaper seeds because they may have bought some and had bad experiences and chalk it up to the lower price. But like I said in my original post, Mandala has some good stuff, same with Nirvana, despite people claiming cheap beans bring bad results.

Not knowing exactly what you're gonna get is part of the fun when growing a "mix". :)

Especially the Legends mix seems to have lots of different kinds of stuff, but the thing in common (with the strains I'm aware of at least) seems to be that they are known for tasting good. The stuff seems to be more "up" than couchlock but most being sativa/indica hybrids there will be variation between individual plants and also it depends on how early you harvest.

P.S. Not reading anything else but the title of a thread and then coming to conclusions from it and writing a nasty-toned message based on those conclusions is just the way we like to roll here at icmag, or at least that's what it sometimes feels like. :D

Im tired of all these overhyped, hundred dollar strains out there..you can get some of the best mother plants from nirvana, and there selection is great.I just dont care much about all these other breeders who are taxing the growers..they have no comppasion or generosity, and I REFUSE to pay $100 for a pack of ten seeds that might not even GET HERE..for that price,Ill just get SEVERAL packs of different variations..such as Mandala,or Nirvana..especially Mandala..

Theres a reason why Nirvana is one of the most sought after and highest selling seeds..this should teach all the other breeders a lesson..sure the ORIGINAL costs of selecting and crossing the genetics to come up with the final strain IS costly..the end product will produce thousands and thousands of seeds..so WHY the high cost???

When you buy from nirvana, use seed boo, they have the lowest prices..BUT choose a strain that is popular and in high demand..so you KNOW the stock is always fresh..everytime I read about bad germ rates, the strain was one that isnt too popular..there more popular ones, and the ones that most sellout in seedboo is,ak48,aurora indica, white rhino,bubblicious..etc
