Heavy Harvest on Public Lands

This line stood out to me. How many sniper attacks and victims have you heard of?
We should just send in Flame thrower units to ferret these buggers out :asskick:

"Most pot farms are cultivated by low-level cartel workers, many who are working to pay off smugglers who helped them cross the border, officials have said.
Campsites are sophisticated and well hidden, with foxholes and sniper nests :pointlaug, Arthur told CNN."

I love how they say they are spending SO much to clean up the damage to the eco systems caused by "migrant" growers, which I don't agree with at all. I always take out what I take in, even when just camping or hiking. But think about all of the irreparable damage done to the environment by big business and legal industrial companies, you rarely hear how much they spend on cleaning up their messes. Poisoning a river or the ocean? I'll bet its costs a lot more than one million to clean that up~ Theres no dollar amount that can rectify that~

Let's not forget whose land California was before we took it from them. (Remember the Alamo?) Remember the Native Americans? White man's prerogative is to TAKE, TAKE, TAKE and Kill, Kill, Kill if necessary to satisfy their endless greed... Ask the Iraqis & Afghanis too!

Why so many hate the Mexicans? I though the Whole Idea of America was to take Anyone in.
Building the Perfect Beast.

I don't hate Mexicans or anyone for that matter. We're a nation of immigrants, but we're reaching critical mass, and it's time to tighten all immigration to this country, preferably permanently. Times change, and we have to change with them.

Ahh, the I Hate White America crew. Sounds racist/bigoted to me. Run along and play now.

Say what?

Say what?

Why so many hate the Mexicans?

The flood of Hispanics into the US, unregulated And unlawful, must stop.

If Hispanic Culture and Values are so great and wonderful, why don't they stay in Mexico, Puerto Rico, or farther South?

Puerto Rico lives on Food Stamps. American Industry has polluted a huge chunk of it, and the Catholic Church forbids birth control! How lovely.

Mexico is a horribly corrupt aristocracy with racist values, crappy farm land, and the official sanction of Holy Mother Church.

I though the Whole Idea of America was to take Anyone in.

Since when? That door slammed long, long, ago.

The immigration "reforms" that replaced the quotas were a disaster.

The new laws were abused, and even Sen. Kennedy, who sponsored them, recognized that they needed to be changed. The concept of "extended family" meant that every person who came was able to sponsor 20 - 30 other family members! Entire clans arrived.

Assimilation went out the window, along with the English language.

Building the Perfect Beast.

Who put that idea in your head?

There are only three founding "ideas" of America:

"No taxation without representation.",

"All men are created equal. ( under the law )",

and

"All governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed."

Excuse me, but the right to take and the right to kill belong to every human.

It's been that way since the beginning of time, in case you haven't noticed.

Native Americans waged bloody turf wars on each other, and kept slaves.

Wasn't that festive!

If you want to return to a hunter/gatherer way of life, go ahead.

Move to the Amazon, live off fish and roots.

Move to the Congo, live of monkey-meat and roots.

Until then, try to live for a week without soap!

Lets not lump Puerto Rico into this please. I have been there and know alot of Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rico has been the de facto 51st state since the 1890's. All Puerto Ricans since the 1890's are full US citizens from birth. I have been all over the USA and there are far more lazy impoverished states that should be dumped into the ocean and forgotten about. Do you even have any data on where Puerto Rico stands as far as food stamps per capita compared to other states?!

Some facts about the food stamps in PR.
A single person can not make more then $4,080 a year!!! Compare that with any other US state. SO your upset that someone who only makes $4000 a year gets some help with food?

The maximum per year income allowed to have food stamps in PR is $26,328 IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 18 FAMILY MEMBERS! so a starting salary of a teacher in the USA is the normal salary of an 18 member family on food stamps in PR.

The median income of families receiving food stamps in the 50 states is $41,994, in PR it is $14,412. However Puerto Rican families receive about the same dollar amount a month as food stamp benefits.

So I find it suspicious when you are talking about food stamp reform, or whatever your point was, and you single out an island of brown people as the bad people when their white counterparts in the mainland are making four times the money and still getting those same food stamps.

Half the population? O

Half the population? O

Here's a little excerpt to consider from a pro Puerto Rico website.

http://welcome.topuertorico.org/economy.shtml

Near the bottom of the page is this little gem:

"Statistics show that it ( PR ) has some of the most favorable economic conditions; the gross national product (GNP) is growing much more rapidly than the population, and the GNI per capita (formerly GNP per capita) is one of the highest in the Caribbean, but in comparison with the United States, Puerto Rico is still below that of the poorest state in the mainland, Mississippi. In 1989, Puerto Rico received 72 times more food stamps than Mississippi, half the island's population currently receives food stamps.

If half the population is on food stamps, don't blame the bad news on me.

i dont think its about greed... i think its about the US trying to add structure where structure is needed...

if only every country were structured, we would have no need for war, and we would all be at peace. Structured countries have structured economies. Structured economies = happy people.

just my opinion

In July, a multi-agency sting in California's Fresno County -- the largest ever nationwide -- netted 420,000 plants, worth $1.6 billion, and the arrests of 100 people.

420?
