Thanks man! I just got some Serenade yesterday and wet those bitches down.

I think I'm gonna treat em w that a few more times... heh I'm excited bc I've smoked many a Goo strains (none of which were directly from Gooey himself) but it was at a time when my tolerance was pretty ungodly so i just got a chilled out sativa version from about every variation i tried.

I've got the goo and afghooey.The goo is much chunkier where the afghooey is more sativa.The goo definitely purples..not sure of the afghooey yet.I will post some pics when I get off work..

The best I can sort it out to be, according to my research, is it MIGHT go something like this:

Afgoo= Afghani X Hawaiian haze

Afgooy= Afghani X Blueberry (or Afgoo X Bluberry?)

Goo= something unrelated.

^^you and everyone else saying what it is and isn't are just playing into the confusion...it's a name game and everyone is playing their shitty little role in fucking up real genetic lineage. I used to work at a dispensary in the east bay and our afgooey was coated unlike any strain we normally got in. And the bags that contained them were all smeared from the copious glands. It had a light woody smell, with a bland taste and was the definition of of a stuck-knockout indica. I actaully came to only use it to sleep, because I couldn't function normally while medicated with this supreme bud. Since then (about 5 years or so) I've seen the name Afghooey more than 50 times and it has never been as good as it once was. Not saying that it isn't still out there, it's just so many people play into taking names at face value. I for one know for a fact that you never believe it unless you know 100% for sure.

^^I did not say what it Is or is NOT! I did say what I thought it MIGHT(I even used CAPS to make it obvious to the oblivious) be according to my research. That research included picking the brain of the person I got my cut from.

I am trying to be as helpful and honest as I can be to the OP and others in this thread. Being that you used to work for a dispensary (in the e. bay no less!) you must understand all about helpfulness and honesty, right? But, seeing as you are playing YOUR shitty role as forum troll and fucking up this thread, you must have forgotten anything good you learned working at the dispensary (in the e. bay!).

The Afgoo cut I have grown out is supposed to be Afghani X Hawaiian Haze and is structured very similar to the afghanis I have grown in the past, short, dense and compact. The leaves are very dark green in veg like the afghanis, but thinner. The buds have a sweet, piney/sour and pungent over ripe fruit smell while growing. The buds are the frostiest white I have ever seen growing on a cannabis plant.
