Aeroponic PC case scrog

I am impressed with the root structure so far in the early stages, nice fish bones. I'm not getting the fuzzy roots yet, I believe it's because the fog is so dense it collects moisture rapidly on the roots. They are always dripping large drops of collected water off of them when I pull them out of the chamber.
I have been doing some heavy reading on aeroponic root structures and it seems the super fuzzy roots aren't desirable because it discourages the main tap root growth and causes a decrease in fruit production in the later stages of bloom according to a NASA study using foggers. Because of this I am attempting to keep the fog dense enough that there is water dripping off of the roots.
I changed the res water out and added a mild dose of nutes, this is where I learn the truth about nute strength with foggers. The dominant theory here is that nutes don't exceed half strength because the plant takes them in much faster. My plan is to slowly increase strength and see if this is true.
Here is a pic of the root structure so far followed by a pic of the venturi style fog delivery system I built for it.
Here we are pulling the fog up from the fogger chamber while keeping the fan dry so it doesn't fail. The fog is pulled from the fogger chamber, blown into the aero chamber where it collects, falls, and returns to the fogger chamber via the water cooler pump. There is an overflow in the fogger chamber that returns excess water back to the res if needed.

Hey Aero, I'd imagine you already know this, but my bro mentioned in his off-grid sewerage system (powered by a 120mm ac fan, no less!) he had to get a fan with a certain "ip rating" and the rating tells you how much dust or moisture the fan can handle.

Hey Scrub, Yes I am aware of IP ratings for fans but haven't seen any PC fans that have such a rating. I got tired of looking for a 1.5" .1A fan that could handle 100% humidity and made that little box thingy to keep it dry.

So today it is time to fire up the water cooler for the sump, kick on full lighting, and let the Vegging begin. So far that little radiator is cooling much better than expected! It has pulled the sump below ambient somehow? It does have a .96amp axial on it and moves lots of air through it. Good news, that fogger is no match for the cooler, lost 10 degrees F turning it on wow, this is looking good. The nute strength is currently 1/4 of recommended for veg stage.

Wowzer, that's insane. That's some mad external craziness. Looks like you're some crazy liquid nitrogen fanatic. The ballasts are mad heat though, you should find some gaming stickers and slap them over the labels. Something to do with a cooling system or something. Having the word "Ballast" is crazy heat. haha PUNS.

Not a bad idea but this was never a total stealth grow, I don't see much of a point to making it look like a PC from the rear view because the noise and smell would blow it's cover much before anyone can climb around behind it to see my "ballast" lol
This is exciting, The root and plant growth have been impressive at such an early stage, I am expecting it to be equally as impressive when it reaches full speed. :
I decided to make a small upgrade to the aero PC by adding a stronger fan for moving air through the canopy. I was thinking since I am going for more density this run, more air flow in the canopy might be a good thing. I plan to replace the top 120mm .27amp plastic intake fan with this aluminum 120mm fan rated at .66amps. I am going to use heat sink paste in hopes this will add additional free cooling.

As this plant is currently solo - (or at most a dual plant grow if you get another clone in there and rooted), I presume you'll top/FIM and look to scrog this one a little more fully (as long as it takes?)
Throws off the symmetry in your case, but I'd love to see how far you can take just one plant under your "spooky" high pressure Aero.
