what's up norcal great shit there!!!! hey i have some in the process, in the drip system and after about a month i'm going to put them into the ebb and grow. i'm wondering what ppm's are you running. this is my second grow and i burnt the hell out of my girls last time. also man if you could tell me how you change your res. do you run some clean water through the system befor you ad your nutes back in or what? any advise i would appreciate, and keep up the good work...... how long did you veg for?
Thanks man, I am running the lucas formula which is 1:2 ratio of Micro/Bloom (1 part micro 2 parts bloom) at 8ml / 16ml per gallon respectivly....
PPMs are hard to say depending on what upconversion your meter uses but right now its day 19 of flowering my ec is 2.2 - 2.3 1170ppm range....plants are loving it, I was reccomended to stay between 5.7-5.9 on pH but my plants didnt like it that low, i have been floating around 6.3-6.5 they seem to like much better maybe strain dependant but also running 2 strains, the Urkle seems happy either way but headband prefers the higher pH...
I change my res every 2 weeks,or whenever my nute/water level drops below the 40 gallon mark on my res, which ever comes first, i dont top off or do add backs, which everyone else seems to but my plants seem to take what they need... i couldn't ask for better growth, this may vary in your experience, i am going to start topping off with plain water inbetween res changes and see if there is any benifit...you can't let your water levels drop much if your maxing out the total buckets on your res for example you couldn't let the water drop below 50 gallons if you were running 48 pots on one res ,that would be differnet , since im only running 24 right now its ok....
I did a res change yesterday , and I just took all the water out the res cleaned the sides of the res used, some 35% h2o2 to sterlize snot on the side of the res got it looking brand new then refilled the res with water and added back nutes...
I did a total system flush with clearex and water got the water in the bottom of the buckets clean removed salt buildup and hydroton residue, right before i started flowering, i think i will continue that next grow maybe even flush every time i do a res change..... Also plan on elevating the buckets of the ground 2-3 inches to get the bottom bit of water to drain leave nothing in the buckets im sure would preform even better....
the reason i had snot in my res, was because i had high temps and no airstone both those are corrected now and I have low temps and quite a bit of airation in the res...plants looked good either way but im sure they'll grow ever better now

Thanks man, The headband is gonna go a minimum 75 days then im gonna check the trichs, if i have at least 50% AMBER ill harvest if not then ill let it go longer.... Urkle will go 60 days , maybe 65 I might try to let it go 70 days for super stoney weed that will put your ass out after one bowl (it did that last time when i harvested it 55 days so im sure 70 days it will be narcotic (if it can even live that long)

Lucas formula ahhh the great lucas formula, well i know a thing or 2 about what plants like and Micro/Bloom is lacking humics/and fulvics (thats where floralicious + comes in) then I add Silica since there is none in the water, which is a miracle ingredient in my opinion for my plants, and i wont have to support the branches becuase they can support themselvs unless these plants start packing 2oz + buds....I dont like bacteria benifical or not so i usually use 2ml per gallon H202 (35% NOT the kind you get at the grocery store) But this res change i decided not to use it and see what happens.... seeing if the results are more positive or negative,I still use it to clean the walls of the resivor between res changes get all that grimey mucky nasty shit off the sides of the barrel, then i rinse and flush it out before i flood. I also used floranectar last res but it made tons of bubbles and they smelled like shit so i had to drain the res and flush the system with clearex because i didn't like those bubbles, benifical or not i live in the bedroom the res is in i dont want to breathe shit smelling air all day, so last time i refilled before yesterday i didnt use any of the floranectar and there were not much bubbles, this time i used it at 1/3 reccomended dosage since i already use floralisious+ which smells like a sweetner itself...
