you read my mind. just started today. might take awhile because there are nutes in the original soil. but idk.
btw idk if i ever mentioned but i add a little hydrogen peroxide to all my water. plain and nute water. just cause i read it gives more oxygen. plant is ok to me.
so clarification....flushing is just watering without the nutes. still water the same amount? i water every other day.

I'm not too sure of the exact procedure for soil, man. But that sounds about right.

I asked just to make sure you were using the right spectrum so your plant showed you the most love!!!
Ya flushing is just straight water or wat some people do is add black strap molasses to the water and no nutes. The molasses helps keep the buds continuing to grow but doesnt add the nasty flavor of nutes. or so i've read....

ok thanks for clearing that up. i will be watering with just plain water. but what if the leaves dont turn yellow? what if the nutes stay in cause of the soil? it is miracle grow... would it be bad if one of the last days i run the sink through the soil for a minute? it will over water it. but it would be at the end of the grow. would that effect anything besides getting out the nutes?
Thanks for your comments. You have so much good info on things about pc case grows, that you've given me idea's about the few small problem's I have with in mine.

When flushing you want to run twice the amount water through the pot than it holds. If the pot holds 1 gallon of siol, run 2 gallons of water through it for the last 2 weeks. That flushes out the nutes in the soil so the plant uses up its reserves in the leaves, that's when they turn yellow.
Makes it taste like pot instead of nutes.

sorry it took me forever to get back. i wound up getting like 3 grams from that plant. about 4 inches tall. on one 23watt cfl. pretty fun. me and my friend are planning to grow out a little cabinet. its 2 drawers but we are connecting them together. i might make a thread about it. thanks for your help guys
I thought it was about time I posted my latest efforts in this thread, instead of just talking about it. I wish the pictures were better, I had to use my web cam and it's not the best but it works. I'll post more pictures later. The larger plant is sativa and is working on a cola as you can see & has a good smell, and frosting up nicely. The smaller one is a younger indica/sativa but for her size is really frosting up hard and smells very good. Because of the photo quality it's a little hard to see the frost on them. I pollinated both of them from the males of the Indica/sativa so I should have some good seeds, there is one more girl, she is a late bloomer and is making up for lost time, she is flowering up nicely. I'll show her later on. They have at least 4 or more weeks left to go. They are in my first PC Grow Case shown here, with 2x100w CFL's inside. I also will take more pictures of it later. I just wanted to get something out here for all to see.
Here are some new photo's my plants. They have 2 to 3 weeks to go yet. 
And all are growing under 2 CFL's. They have a very skunky smell. I hope every one else like them. They are still flowering strong, I'm very tempted to let them go for it as long as I can. They're in my PC Case so I guess when it is filled I'll have to harvest. While I showing photo's here are some new pics of my pc grow case. The last 2 photo's are of the front intake with Srubninja's light trap design on the fan and then the carbon filter on the exhaust fan. I'm also experimenting with old CD and DVD's as reflectors since they reflect a full color spectrum.
The light's are 2 23w/100w CFL's. It's basic but works good, it's my first one, it has works good enough that I'll make some improvments and using it and I'm going to make a bigger better one soon.
