Well guys, nothing yet.......Should hear something by the mid or end of August. I am so missing my garden, seriously addicted to grow and having withdrawals. I resented the plant when I got busted, but wish so bad I had my garden back. fuck fuck fuck.....All is good otherwise, I am getting some inside info from a friend that works with the task force but he is a bullshitter and Im not getting my hopes up on his intel. Word is they may not recommend the case for prosecution, but they have 3 years to indict me and Im not holding my breath, this shit sucks.

The DEA guy told me that if he knew the amount of cash I had and the size of my operation they would not have even bothered to tag along, my lawyer says that it is better to deal with the feds because my state has a hard on for being tough on drug offenders thanks to John Ashcroft.

1) You are involved in an ACTIVE federal criminal investigation against you for multiple years in a federal prison facility.

2) You are actively posting about this case on a pre-eminent marijuana reform website.

3) The feds are not stupid. They have to know about this site. Good diligence almost requires it.

4) There is a SIGNIFICANT potential for you or ANYONE on this site to post something untoward about your case or you.

during my proffer session I reaveled that information when I was asked why I gave consent when I knew I had the right not to cooperate, I told them that I chose the less offensive path at the moment rather than them finding the hash and the gun.

This is exactly what keeps the system running.

The prisoner's delimma is simple.

If two people are caught committing a crime and the police catch both of them and place them in separate rooms, they tell both of them "Your buddy just told us the truth, now why don't you make this easy on yourself and tell us the truth and we'll try to help you out..."

If neither of you snitch, you both suffer 1/1. You got caught, spent some time in jail, get released, insufficient evidence.

If you both snitch on eachother, you both suffer 7/7. You got caught, spent 3/4 of your sentence in jail. Case closed.

If one of you snitch, and the other doesn't give up any info, guess what? Then you suffer 0/10, where the snitch does 0 time and the one who remained true to the cause of keeping their mouth shut now serves the full mandatory maximum sentence of 10 for not cooperating.

This is how the system works. 10% loss for working with someone who is not a snitch, 100% loss for working with someone who is a snitch if you're not... and 70% loss for both snitches working together.

Its been boiled down to an exact science.

Nope. But I have been to prison and have been on the receiving end of the work of a snitch. It's not fun having your mother call you asking you to turn yourself into the feds.
