yeah it looks silver under the light... but its amber in color and has no smell... I have not tasted it yet :yoinks:

its on just a few leafs.its strange to me that there is hardly any sugar leafs on the first female. The second one is or was full of them.. but my pH neglect burned a lot of them off.

ill keep an eye on it but i don't think its anything bad
funny i was thinking this same thing the other week..one seems to grow just popcorn rock sugar buds with very little leaf resin...and #2 has a good amount of sugar stretching out over onto the leaves and stems. 2 differant strains are going to give differant tastes, highs, smells etc. your in for a treat.. you are going into week 9 now right.? hows them triches on #1?

id harvest when a decent amount of glands have turned amber..but being they are differant strains #1 could prob go in a week or so and the other who knows..this is what you deal with when dealing with unknown bagseed..some go 8 weeks flower some 9-10-11 etc. maybe increase darkness each nite to 14dark 10 light this way they think fall/winter is on the way and they get ripe quicker.?
thats why me myself i look for strains to my liking which are fully mature and done at 60 days or less, i just aint got the patience..at all!
instead of looking for amber..what is the clear to cloudy % some never go amber or take fo eva

that #1 looks to have slowed down with the popcorning and almost looks and sounds done..maybe see where shes at.. at the end of week 9. people dont like to increase darkness because it decreases yeild but at 8 weeks flower it wont make a bit of differance other then help ripen.

the second female has about 60% clear and 20% cloudy and another 20% that are that milky white.
Perhaps you could pinch off and sample a bit, if you haven't done so already :) - unless you are definitely looking for a strong couchlock effect.

I started following your thread a few days ago, and will probably borrow a couple of your ideas. You have done a neat job on this project; the plants look great! Amazing that cannabis can adapt to so many different environments. Thanks for posting all the info and photos; much appreciated!
