It looks like you're growing in a rain forest! Those plants are already huge! And, your indoor C99's are really plumping up. Anything with DC in it has to be good!

I wish you continued success with your grow, coxswain. And, good luck with the powdery mildew. Be good out there!

Thank jakezking. Those C99 aren't really indoor. I'm keeping them on a balcony so I can get an estimate on their finish times around here. I also want to make seeds. Lots of WD C99 x WD C99 seeds. So I didn't wan't to risk this grow in the great outdoors.

Lets see what's the difference between a good hole that's dug deep and well prepared and a hole that isn't as deep and has no liners to retain moisture.

These are two plants I took pictures from yesterday in a hole I described earlier in this thread. Clearly they're doing fine. I didn't water this hole yet!

Here we see a hole which has water cristals in it but is just not that deep and has no plastic liners.

We can see that lower leaves are starting to yellow which is prolly result of drying up of upper layers and plant not beeing able to suck nutrients from soil.

Thanks Wamen. Doing the best I can. :D

On the crosses from the bean maker himself:

BJxDC is a cross between black domina x jack herer and deep chunk male. Heavy hard buds, chunky plant with above average production. Smell is between deep chunk and fruty salad :D Beautifull colors at the end. Smoke is heavy body & head, a true medicine :D

Esmeralda is a cross between a local sativa and dc, mother was verry productive daytime sativa, yielded 450g in 20l pot + about 40g of seeds. I have tested just germination, as i didnt have place for real test. I have sent cca 2000 seeds around the world and that will be the best test. Mother finished in begining of september, so you can be prepared for late september crop

Hows goin bro? did you resolve problems with PM?
some good karma to yours parts of country

PM is under control for the moment. I'm scared of the cold and moist that will come with the fall though. Hopefully with the anti PM arsenal I have now things will be much better :D

Cheers!

What a beautiful bushes cox !

Thanks hasbuba. I'm hoping I can finish them without much problems. I will def. need to stake them ASAP. One already fell over. I was astound with her weight while lifting her back up. I can only imagine she'll be heavier when buds start to form.

Overgrow!

Time for a little update. Nothing special just me keeping some sort of log.

#1cheesebuds and norcalkell thanks for droping bye. Hope you like my 1st grow :D

I didn't bring camera with me this time. I took photos with phone. Anyway ... here we go:

I'll post them from best to worst prepared hole. Hole #1 beeing best.

2 [BlackJack x DeepChunk]s at hole #1
They're still doing great! Hole preparation is everything. Bigger one (the one on the right) leaned over and I had to pull him back up and stake it with a Y shaped branch.

They are both already in flowering phase:

Nutrien deficiency is starting to show for Esmeraldas. They're big and they take a lot of nutes. So what I did is I took some chicken composted manure and placed it around all of them.

I also pick up horse poo while I mtnbike. It doesn't smell at all. Quite a parfume compared to bought chicken poo. :D

Horse poo on the road:

Horse poo where it should really be. :D

Mastif esmeralda is like 50/50, but it will be more on indica side as deep chunk is dominant in crosses

@mastif, what lasko says. It's his cross. :D
