Looking good Cheesebuds, I like the way you are training them with that screen.

also I might replace some of the 26watt lights with all 100 watters.
that would take me from 300 wats to around 900 watts of cfl lights.

Wow! that's a lighting upgrade, 900 actual watts of CFL? :yoinks:

looks promising - as some others have mentioned though you will need to cut away some of the wire on the side so you can get under there. best do it sooner than later because once the growth comes above the screen it'll be hard to get off.

good luck

OK so I messed up on the wattage of lighting I have. I re-added the total wattage of light and what I really have is 378 total watts.

sorry if I missled anyone. I am bad at math. but I am still planing on getting more lights every few weeks. probly gunna get 4-5 more 42 watters.

OK so what does it mean when on the box it says 42watts equivalent to 150 watts.

I think thats whats messing me up on the right wattage.
9-42 watt lights what I have now.

It means the real wattage is 42w. That's how much it's actually using on your bill. The equivalent rating means it's about as bright as a 150w incandescant. The equivalent number is completely non accurate and non scientific and basically isn't a factor in any way.

Also, lookin' good. :D

new pix. but Im worryed I might be over watering her.
I did the finger test.
where u stick ur finger 2 inches peep to see if its dry or not.
so when I did that the soil felt dry. so I watered her agen. water ph was 6.0-6.2.

also some of the botton leafs r yellowing not shown in pix.:wallbash: click on the pix.

Also IM looking at my first scrog as a learning experiment for future grows. I now have a bling bling scrog screen and a space big enough to grow 3 three gallon pot plants in.

I really wanna do a few good scrog grows with this nice screen. so I can get more buds to fill up more of my space. = A BIGGER YIELD.
cuz my last grow grew very nice! but only took up half of my usuable growing space.

I have been wanting to grow scrog for a while now but could never get my plants to grow a lot of bud tops. even when I would LSTing them.
I guess I just never has a bagseed that wanted to grow lots of leafed arms.

=)

well enough ranting fo me. just hope thet she makes it to 9-11 weeks of flowering.

keep it up man, ur looking good. if the lower leaves are yellowing, give her a little nitrogen.

the whole secret to scrog and lst is to trick the plant into redistributing growth horomones called auxins into all of its branches. Auxins are by default stored in the highest part of the growth (i.e. the very tip of the plant, the part closest to the light). By cutting off the top (topping), bending the plant tip below the top of its other branches (lsting) or by forcing the plant to grow under one large, netted canopy (scrogging) the auxins are distributed to the other branches, and more budsites are created.

Also, a little bit of extra veg time is always beneficial to creating more nodes, and thus more eventual tops.

Anyway, if you had problems with lst before, it seems as if youve solved them by going the scrog route. keep it up man, and remember to think positive :smoker:

Hey #1, looking good mate, nice buds developing ;)
One recommendation though, I would try to let the screen fill some more during veg, so you can reap the full benefits of that screen

Keep it up!
