Trust me.Its not Rabbits.Its Racoons.A simple soulution is to put native dirt on top of the good dirt.Havnt had any problems since I started doing that.
Don't know where you are located in this world, but here in the US of A I use Milorganite for all 4 legged pests. It has worked for 19 years for me. It is a milwaukee, wisconsin,USA product that works great for me. secret gardens, flower gardens, vegi gardens, its all good.
oh and i also got some fencing, they can either learn to jump very high or dig through clay
i looked at what repelants they sell around here, and there doesnt seem to be anythign for rabbits, just for cats and dogs (green gel bits stuff?) and for rats n mice. no good for me ?
im interested in those as then i wouldnt need to make one out of metal fencing which i wanted to surround the whole area (holes contain several smallish plants). problem is.. i like to do things cheaply and i havent seen those things cheap anywhere? i have spare chicken wire i can use to make something similar, which should be easier than using the fencing.
