Veinal necrosis..? (a.k.a. pinpoint areas of necrosis)

Hey guys, thanks for the time. I've looked thru all the books and internet sources that I could get my eyes on. Still no idea. I've noticed this business going on here on my girl(s) for 1-2 wks. They are growing in promix w/ EWC, nutes are mixed in (either rainbow mix or foxfarm organic mix) and water w/ pH'ed RO water. They are about 5-6 wks in bloom. I've had ventilation issues in the past and fixed those up then added a light diffuser b/c I thought I had a hot spot under it. I don't really check the pH of the runoff all that much as this is mainly organic (also supplement w/ guano teas every 3 or 4th watering). I also use gnatrol every know and then to prevent fungus gnats

I checked the underside of leaf with a jewelery loope and found no evidence of mites or bugs. Only small necrotic spots. I went ahead a gave a dose of Mg sulfate just in case, but I haven't really noticed any other loss of color and was under the understanding that when it occurs is usually interveinal chlorosis and as you can see...this is something that appears to be "veinal" necrosis as it follows all the major and minor veins.

temps are usually right at 80 with the lights on (can't really get it much lower) and relative humidity is running 50%, sometimes up towards 60, but not higher

Could this be a strange form of light burn? My light is probably 16 inches or more from the canopy top and has a light diffuser on it and cooled with fan thru glass enclosed hood.

Plants are cooking here....any suggestions. Looks like the shot of Magnesium didn't help it out (wasn't thinking it would....more like hoping:frown:)

Problem is progressing..not looking good here. :wallbash: seems like maybe a nonmobile element b/c the top seems more affected than the bottoms. pH of the run off is 6.1...I know a little acidic which I will take care of next watering.
