What's new

Smokahontas' Lowyrder #2 Grow = )

i watered again today and they are looking better I would say I have six that are now very nice the top row middle and top row right now look like the others I will take pictures tomorrow. I am going to move them to the 6" pots tomorrow too I have a question should I be worried that 3 havent sprouted yet is it normal for a seed that already popped to take 5 days to come out of the ground or are they goners??

i transported 5 today to 6" pots with Fox Farm ocean forest and about 20 percent perlite. The other 6 are still in the jiffy pots under the light close to them. i will probably take a pic tonight and post it they are starting to look good

generally if ive had a seed crack and it hasnt shown after 3 days it probably aint gonna show. try uncovering a bit of soil CAREFULLY to see if anything is going on down there, at least ull know then. i had the problem with ak47, most cracked but only 4 showed. good luck

yeah i think two are done. I even think i see a little shriveled stem. Oh well for a first grow 9 of 11 aint bad. Here are some pics. This is day 8.

You can't keep a sprout in a peat puck by itself for much longer than after it comes up, they are probably rootbound already, if you want to save them transplant immediately but it might be too late for them.

no plants are still in jiffy pots. They havent been since day 5. I have four that are coming along very very nicely and are 6-8 inches with new leaves daily. I also have four under the other 150 HPS with two that i think are useless and two that have their first set of leaves and are clearly stunted and lacking but im keeping around just cuz i can and to find out. Ill take pics Sunday night that is when i will be seeing them again. Can these things go 4 days without watering I watered Wednsday and they will not be watered again till Sunday night.
