The reason you get a hangover is mainly from dehydration.

i recomend gatoraid advil and a blunt,the gatoraid helps rehydrate you and replaces electrolites ,the advil to prevent a headache from getting worst and the blunt really helps with the neusea.

in canada we have a simple hang over remedy. gatorade(your choice of flavor) replenishes your electrolites. and poutine( french fries covered in gravy with cheese curds) the grease breakes up the remaining alcohol in your system and sends it on its way. if it doesnt work i will mail you a quarter of dank (jk).

Best cure? Probably is to not get so hammied you get to hangover stage.

The next best cure probably isnt suited to the typical 21 year old wallet. The fermentation of booze produces impurities or congeners. While these can impart flavors and colors they can also be the prime factor that causes hangovers. Generally speaking the more expensive boozes tend to be double or triple distilled which removes alot of congeners and makes the booze considerably smoother.

To get people to understand I tell them to take the tequila test. Go out and buy some cheap $10 [750ml] bottle of tequila and finish it with a buddy or yourself .. whatever it takes to get you hammied. Make note of how bad you feel the next morning.

Step two .. go out and buy the same size bottle of silver Patron [ avg cost is $35-40 ] and finish it the same way. You'll probably notice it tastes better and the next day you wont feel as bad as if you drank the $10 crap.

Step three .. go out and 'find' a bottle of Jose Cuervo Reserva De La Familia [ anywhere from on sale at $85-90 to upwards of $110-120 for a 750ml bottle ] and get hammied on that .. then notice how you barely have a hangover the next day.

Rule of thumb is almost all cheap booze is the dirty kind thats prone to give hangovers. Gets the job done but it will 'cost' you the next day. Experiment with enough kinds of spendier booze and your sure to find a couple that youre able to get hammied on and can pretty much avoid the next day craps.
