Just think, if he blared Rambo or Scarface or Goodfellas or the CNN news he probably would not have been arrested for one reason or another. At least he wasn't playing marylin manson or something and it was just porn then there would have been WWIII surely!
But god forbid children hear the pleasure filled vocalizations of a woman! Thats not only morally reprehensible but outright a sin! HOW DARE HE! HOW DARE HE!
How will parents explain to sally and tommy that getting beaten, shot, bled, and killed is perfectly normal to see and hear on tv and such but remember sex and pleasure are evil dirty and wrong!
How will they explain that what they heard is nothing like what they hear and sneak peeks at mommy and daddy doing in the bedroom, since theres no way he is doing anything to even remotely get her off.
I'm surprised what this person did worked anyway, when we we're kids we would've gathered round on lawnchairs and been passing popcorn if someone was blaring porn on speakers. They went inside and told mommy and daddy? What is it with kids now a days? We would have kept our mouths shut and hoped the guy didn't notice the small crowd gathering.
Case dropped, charges dismissed. Parents should teach their snooty kids not to play around people's houses that don't want them played around and respect for others before their own greedy little asses. This guy isn't trying to show his pecker to the little ones, he wants some peace and quiet damnit!

last time i checked being on others property is tresspassing child or adult, guys probably working 3rd shift trying to sleep during the day kids bugging the shit outta him making noise with there bikes and screaming and running around like kids do he probably tried to ask the parents plenty of times and i bet they ignored him up until now there all offended...why can't parents control their kids?
