Mylar comes in all kinds of colors, it's the stuff helium balloons are normally made of. Silver is what you want and you can find it cheap on ebay... it's normally flimsy stuff though and used to stick or paste on something, I wouldn't use it to "build" a wall like panda film or visqueen plastic.
You really need to rethink not having odor control... I haven't tried that strain, but bottom line is that flowering weed stinks and you need to be prepared. A towel under the door won't do it, especially with the A/C running, that's going to put the stink right in your system. My filter in my tent was past its prime and there were days we could smell it at the front door which is on the opposite side of the house. If people are coming to party, theres a good chance someone will get a whiff. Being overly secure about things is the way to go, not overly lax. Not to preach, but arrested for growing smoke isn't the way to finish school... and it being on your record will effect your ability to get student loans for college. Don't think that even if school is paid for you won't need those loans at some point.
For your lights, don't buy that 250, it's over priced. Go on ebay and search, you can get 250's cheaper, or what I would do with what your going with, grab two 150 watters, which is also cheaper than the light you linked to.
Anyway, really do yourself a favor and search for "Odor Control" and "Security" topics on here, don't go into this blind thinking it will all be okay. The world is slowly changing in our favor, but it's not our friend yet. Be safe!
