Damn those are looking bushy as hell! Especially in the side shot of all 4.. Mine are a week further along, but dont look like that LOL.. mind you mine had alot more stress as I got everything setup/dialed-in in the grow. Looking forward to see how they explode in flower!

This is the stuff I'm working with. 5 at 50 days flower. 4 at 2 days flower. 8 2 days germ.
My buds did not turn out white, but were a reddish brown. What stuck with me is that under a light the dry and cured buds sparkled. Just covered with little diamonds. White Widow has been the only plant where you can really see a thick covering of THC while flowering.
Is there a trick to get the buds to turn white? I could use the street cred....

EDIT: I like the hydroton idea. Always wondered why my roots mass in the bottom third of the pot. Let us know how it does.

your hydroton experiment is a sound idea but not cost effective,
you can get the same results with perlite.

The seeds were original Nirvana Standard.
From those 10 seeds I pollinated 1 female with 3 males. I ended up with close to 600 seeds.
I do the same thing will all the sees I buy.

hg- nice plants you got there man, just reading through your thread and all looks well. Those things are gonna be huge! 600 is the way to go from what I hear in these tents.
Interesting idea with the 36hr of dark before the switch, might have to try that when I test flower here soon.
I am definitely jealous of your big light though, can't wait to see the progress here. keep them pics updated!

The key with white widow is cool temps.. if you want the true white bud. Yours will turn out like bud monsters bro. that 600 is doing wonders. Ill keep an eye on this grow for sure

Just something to look for...
My plants became top heavy overnight and I spent an hours tying them up. They are 44 days into flowering. For some reason the batch has thin stalks and just a main cola. No side branching.
Have those plant stakes ready. Those buds are gonna get heavy.

High all,
Got pics of 1 wk flower. Gonna stop feeding nitrogen soon to the widows. I had to raise the light too.
Transplanted the skunks into three gallon bags filled with happy frog/ocean forest and fed them a tiny bit. I use the pbp line with lk and cal/mag. Don't know if i mentioned that. Also I poured perlite over the tops of the skunks soil bed.
Last pic is practice using the macro feature.

hey HippieG, everything looks very nice, the sealed light should really keep temps down. These tents seem to be designed to not only hold in(or out) light, but heat as well. Are you having any issues with the temp?
I have to keep the door open on mine otherwise it quickly heats up to 32-33C (90F).
Also, yeah these tents can leak light like a sieve. I have a Darkroom DR80 and it has little stars everywhere inside of it. I'm going to duct tape everything while I'm waiting for flower, though I don't know what to do about the zipper...
Also, are you germinating under 12/12? I have a friend who is trying to flower from seedling in his current setup, in the spirit of DrBudGreenGenes, who flowers from 7cm.

Hey all
Lots of stuff...
So the damn widows on the right turned out to be damn males, full blown dudes
Makes sense since they were seriously taller than the other two. I've been noticing that they were growing "buds" but not a damn pistil set. The other two have white hairs poppin everywhere and no "bud" looking things. I was so shocked seeing as how these were feminized? Had some fellow growers I know in the area come look, all agreed....
So I got the trim now, might try making cannabutter, still undecided and real bumbed out. No pics, was in to much shock to take pics (and a wee bit medicated).
Also picked up a vortex inline and phresh brand scrubber. Old fan was crappin out. And I also got a Hanna ph/tds meter! If anyone here can help me out with that cause I have no clue how to use it and the damn thing told me distilled has a ph of 10.6. Tds seems good though, its used btw from a friend for cheap.
New pics to come on monday when the widows hit two weeks flower, will def have pics of the setup too
Measured the skunks nute mix with the hanna meter, fed em at 570 something with pbp(bloom), lk, and calmag. Watered the widows today also.
The skunks still haven't lifted their skirts, lookin good though taking the transplant well.
