Many folks have been visited because of their purchases. Horror stories abound on many sites.
Sucks about your 'puter. Nice they didn't find any other incriminating physical evidence. Did they get your ninja boots?

It could have been much worse, they know nothing of my grows or my planned grow. I was really lucky a coupla times to not get caught with possession.
Needless to say, I've hung up my boots, said goodbye to Mary for a while and have cancelled my growing indefinitely.
Its not as bad as it sounds, I just wish they'd hurry the fuck up so I can put it behind me.
At least now I can give people advice on how not to get busted.

Facing posession, although they have no evidence because they didn't find anything in the raids. Its technically not illegal to smoke weed in Japan, but the argument is that if you smoked it, you must have posessed it at some time. Maximum punishment is 5 years in jail. Although its my first offence, blah blah so it'll most likely be a suspended sentence between 1 to 3 years.
They can't kick me out of the country either, which was worrying me a little.
At no time was I under arrest, I was going along to the questioning sessions "of my own free will"...yeah right.

for how many days did they interrogate you? so if they ask you how did you came about the herb that you must have consumed to have tested positive, what r u gonna say so as to avoid the possesion charges?
you could say you were hiking one day and found a plant growing naturally and took the top, dried it and smoked it, so you did not grow it, did not buy it either, and did not posses it because you dried it in the microwave that very same day and smoked it because you heard it was good to deal with anxiety or something...

Yep, its up shit creek alright. Keeping positive, the worse is behind me.

It all started with me ordering a pack of seeds from a Japanese headshop about 2-3 years ago. They claimed to destroy all customer records after a week but that wasn't true. They got busted and the police got all the customer records. That was enough for the police to get a warrant to search my house and car and administer a piss test. They didn't find anything when they searched, but my piss test came up positive. That was the beginning of the end...
Basically though, they never found any weed, even after a second search. All they got was two packets of rolling papers, some unused pipe screens and some filters. I'm not going to contest anything in court, I've made a million statements to the police and I'm just going to plead gulty. Theres a small chance that the case may be dismissed, because they have no evidence, only what I've told them.
The worst was the interrogation, 8 hours a day for a few weeks. That really truly sucked.
I'm keeping a positive attitude, not counting on getting dismissed, maybe just a suspended sentence. I got some legal advice too. Just still waiting to see whats going to happen regarding going to court or not.
Like I said, I'm over the worst part. Except for getting my pc back. I guess shit happens. I hate the police

Ive been keeping a low profile weed-wise, non-exisitent actually and have been devoting all of my free time to my family (and drinking beer).
Just wanted to drop in and say gday.
