hey...Old Dudes!

Did you ever make and/or use a fake ID?...back in the '60's/'70's...???

I did. The state Driver's License was on plain paper, typed on an old underwood typewriter...with a worn out ribbon. It was easy to erase and change the last birth year digit....

...plus, I did the same thing with my draft card...

In the three years of my going from 18 to 21 years old...nobody?.. ever asked me for my ID...not even the police...go figure? Apparently?...they thought I was a man...at 18?...I was.
I would go into a liquor store, bars, etc; ..with police in it...no problems.

I never did the fake ID thing, but my little brother did.
During his fake id years, I was in the military away from home. He went the the BMV and stated he lost his license and needed a replacement. He plopped down his $5 and gave them all of MY info, including the ssn he had memorized. He then had an official ID with his pic and everything. He didn't tell me about this until he was of age.

Had no need for one, when I did get carded I just used my DL that they typed the wrong date on (at 16 they had me listed as being 18, when 8 was incorrectly typed in as 6.) Loved them DMV folks back in those days, lol.

Me and a couple buddies recently printed out some IDs on a home printer and gloss photo paper and laminated them with a cheap crappy laminator, and I'll be damned if they don't work. bars, safeway, longs, bodegas, liquor stores, whereever

I've seen that in action. The first time I went into a bar; I was with a dude 26 years old...(two tours in 'nam). I was 18. He was carded, I wasn't......go figure?

I used to use my college ID where they incorrectly typed my DOB (possibly due to me saying it incorrectly to the typist). That was good any place i needed it back in the day.

We used to print a new information panel for our bus passes and relaminate.. worked every time, til you were so drunk you didn't notice the laminating coming apart in the bartender's hands!

My fake ID was an older friends draft card. No picture on it, not laminated or anything. The drinking age in my state in 75 was 18 so I only needed it for 1 summer anyway.

im not a "old stoner" but when I was 16-17 I have the best fake.. It scanned and was blacklight sensitive.. cost me a bill tho.. But well worth it during the H.S. Years.

There are places online where you can order holograms, and also bar codes that are programmed with "your info" on them as well. At least there were 5-6 years ago when I was seeking out this kind of information.

Whats the proper way, safest way to order seeds, or open bank accounts or get safe addys using a fake id to not link anything to your name?

Hey guys, Virginia has a new ID with a seethrough hologram of your face!! Technology is getting better and better... I really wish I was living in the 50's-80's, seems like such a great era, warm summer days, little crime, easy fake ids, 5 cent soda, girls with little to no stds, haha! I'm truely jealous of you guys who got to live in that time period.. Anyone got some really good stories from the old days? Rampaging.. growing.. good times.. I'd love to hear them all! P'ce guys!
