-agnostic front
-sick of it all
-exploited
-bad brains


also like speed metal....anthrax especially.

he had a huuuuge orange mohawk, like twice as high as the one above and I could barely understand a word he said.
It was in a little tiny club here in our capitol city, and it was packed.
I remember being onstage doing part of "Sex & Violence" then diving off right into some people. Now that I think about it, it was '87 and I was 17 years old.
Talk about adrenaline..

I'm young blood I guess, you guys are listening to some old ass bands! Haha.

But yea cali has a fuckin great thrash/hardcore scene these days. I'm tired of keeping up with sub genre names and trying to label bands and whatnot so I pretty much call anything fast and hard thrash. Scholastic Deth is the missing link between thrash and hardcore, they were the first "fastcore" band... Just a whole lotta fun to listen to.

Anywho, my favorite thrash bands:

Scholastic Deth
Discordance Axis
