65 Watt Floodlight = to 300W?

Has anyone heard of this light or used it before. $39.95 at LOWES.

it would work, 4100 lumens for 65watts, a 55watt pl-l gives out 4800

Im just curious if it saves the trouble of using like 2-4 separate cfls. Also would the configuration of the the housing create a decent pattern for veg.
