excellent grow, seemed to me the lst plant may end out yeilding the non lst, but the lst plant is having a week longer so it will be harder to tell, they look great props and rep

Well I just harvested the LST'd plant. I was worried that flushing too long would harm the plant and the smoke with such a cal/mag/nute deficiency.. The flush was only a couple of days longer than the non-lst plant but it sure yellowed up quite a bit. The lst harvest is larger than the non-lst I dont have a scale so I can't say by how much, but visually it's an impressive difference.
As you can see the leaves yellowed quite a bit. If anyone is reading this and flushes their plants before harvesting I'd sure like to know how you do it. All I did was stop giving nutes for the last 10 days or so, and used water only for feeding. Did I go too long? I don't like the yellow leaves in my buds and what a hassle to snip them out, so any advice about any part of the grow would be appreciated... well thanks for looking at my grow.. peace.

Thanks Kaptkid, as soon as it's dried and a little cured I will give a smoke report.. right now when I open the bag they're drying in and move the buds around a little it reeks the house up lol.. It has a chemical-fruity smell to it and is really sticky.. I actually got a couple nice balls of finger hashwhen trimming.. that smoked up nice and gave me a decent buzz and had a real nice hashy flavor to it.

nice grow . im doing 1 ak47. 1 ak47x hindu kush.,1 white russain so far im about 57 days from seed. and all 3 plants are over 26" tall the wr is 35" .

Curing and Smoke Report
The buds were dried in a paper bag until they seemed dry enough to me.. (stems snap mostly but there is still just a tad moisture left).. and put in sealed glass 'mason' jars to cure.. I will lbe curing it for the next week to 10 days (while sampling daily while airing it out.. just to ensure quality of course) ... now on to the curing pics.
Now for the smoke report..
The herb has a kind of fruity chemical smell, it's very hard to pin down the type of fruit I'm smelling.. like a very ripe and sweet blueberry, with a sort of sharp edge to it.. not nasty by any means.. just hard to pin down and describe, and the flavor matches the scent.. very sweet, tasty, and distinct.. it's a bit of a creeper 1 bong gives ya a nice head-change then after a minute or two it slips into a buzz.. 2 bongs is a nice go have fun buzz and with 3 bongs and I'm pretty stoned.. 'not couchlocked, but I could be if I wanted to' kind of thing.. all in all it was a fun grow and auto-flower LST experiment for me, and I am very happy with the LST results. I think the best way to grow both this and LR2 is to grow as many plants at a time as you can fit in your space, and don't hassle with the LST.. Now if all you've got is a couple of seeds, then I do whole-heartedly recommend LST'ing to maximize yield.. It worked for me..
