****Cab of Dreams ~ 110 plant SoG w/ HPS****

Hey everyone.
I've had computer problems and couldn't post this week. I got some pics for you all I'll try and post soon.
Almost all my clones have lived and they're in the flower cab now. I have around 35ish in the flower cab now.
I'm switching to 12/12 in a week or two, gonna grow 'em out a bit. I might go ahead and SoG this grow to sex everything then move to ScrOG.
All is well here, mothers are beautiful after their last feeding.
I got all my shit for another cab. Building starts Monday.

Hey everyone,
Real sorry for the lack of updates, I've had computer problems over the past week or so. I've been busy though, still working.
Remember how I was all worried about those clones making it awhile back? Well, they made it, nearly all of them. I have now around 65 plants in the flower cab. I found out that max is around 70. Sucks, but I've got plenty more space now to grow in.
I was gonna build this super fancy hidden book case in my closet. But I started to look at the closet and saw the one side had a shelf at 40" (opening of 80") and I'm like "fuck it, lets make this easy"
So, I just took up the carpet and set it aside, knocked out a shelf and replaced it, cut plywood for the middle (seen in pic) to make a wall and bam! I'm done.
I'll throw up some more pics of the finalized closet later with the shelves and all. I just need to hang my lights.
This closet will accommodate up to 280 plants in 16 oz cups and 140ish in 32 oz cups.
I'll be rolling in weed once my first harvest finishes. This is gonna be perpetual with 2 trays added every 2 weeks or so and I'm gonna build another cab with the same specs as my closet. I'll double my output then.
Well, looks like I need some more HPS lights
Things are going good with the grow, couldn't be better. Just wish the flowers would come sooner. But all good things are worth waiting for.

Oh Man! that's really cool. Nice job James-Bonding the closet. You're going to have pounds of weed real soon. I'm glad about your clones too; that's quite a few of them.

Pretty much sums up today.
How y'all been? It's been a minute, but I've been busy working. Got the closet finished and the first crop going. I officially have started 12/12 in my first run in Cab (and now Flower Closet) of dreams. 4/20 is the perfect day to start off my first full run, couldn't be better. Very fortuitous.
My clones didn't die. In fact, they're loving life right now. Growing perfectly. This ICE will be wonderful. No. 2 is still the most vigorous of all, hopefully female. I recently collected a lot of rain water and I'm watering the garden with it now. So now, my garden is watered by heaven
I have a total of 50 plants in flower now. Once running at full capacity, I'll have the ability to fit 280 plants (in 16 oz cups) and probably 140 in 32 oz cups.

Thanks a lot for the compliments and comments. It's always great to see you all. This was so fun and easy. And besides the new Milwaukee worm drive saw I bought, it only cost me the price of one sheet of plywood. It's been the best thing I've done for my grow since I started.
Glad I didn't make it complicated. Also, I love my little shelf for the ballast and all my nutes, very handy.
I have a few things to add to it, but it's fully operational now. I'm taking clones today to get this baby filled up. Also, I have Northern Lights Pure Indica and White Widow, both from Nirvana, on their way; 30 seeds of each. I wanted the G13xWhite Widow from Shantibaba, but it's out But these two are ones I've wanted to grow since I was a teenager.
This plant is so amazing, isn't it? I was laughing a bit last night that I put this thread in the Micro section way back when. Well, I think I might be getting a little too overgrown to be micro any more I like to look at my ICE seedling pictures sometimes and just smile to see where it all is now. We've come a long way together and we're just getting started.

hey man wat are your temps? they look like there droopin a little an i see a little bit of leaf curl. man i wish i had the balls to have 70 plants in flower at once. looks good man

Hi cfl...KING. The temps are fine now 75-77 F. But, the temps got up to 100 like 2 times in the flower cab before they were put in the closet. I just gave them a feeding and keeping them hydrated. They're looking great now, especially the ICE, it's doing amazing, growing like a weed.
Once the closet is running at full capacity, I'll be running well over 200 in flower. Then I want to get another cab with the same capacity.
I say if you're gonna do it, fucking do it.

Well, I used my new Flora Nova Gro and Micro fertilizers on the girls in flower. They seem to love it.
On another note, I've been thinking a lot about getting an outdoor SCROG setup. It would be so sick and I'd have a huge harvest with an outdoor grow. I'll let you all know what I do with it.

Hi IndianHay,
When clones are cut from the mother they obviously don't have roots. Because of this, they can't support the vegetation they once did. So by cutting off the big fan leaves and trimming the leaves you keep, you're making it easier for the plant to survive because it can focus on building a root system instead of trying to support all the vegetation.

i still dont really understand why you cut off all the leaves. i leave mine with as many leaves as possible. they need all the help they can get, they still need to collect light to make food to grow roots with. cutting off leaves just lowers their chances for survival imho. the leaves support the roots and the roots help grow more leaves. not the other way around.
