damn elite! that's looking serious! are you planning on using that to flower or is that just a veg setup? I guess the question is, do you have that many 2700k bulbs as well?

Hey CFL Club! I'm new to the grow game and wanted to say hello. I have learned so much from weeks of reading the forums here. So many of you have inspired me to quit buying my meds and grow. My goal is to have a perpetual micro stealth grow to sustain my needs. I will have my cab ready this week (greatly inspired by Cozys Cab of the Future!) and will be trying the Dr Bud method. I will be starting with bagseed from some decent regs so I don't waste any good genes as I dial everything in. So far my entire set up has been put together only from local stores like Home De-pot, Lowes, Wally World, electronics stores. No online buys or hydro stores. I'm trying be as stealth as possible. I will probably start a thread to show my progress once I get things going. Peace. Smoke well.

what up club...I have a rubbermaid setup with 4x32 watts @ 6500k and plants are 3 weeks in to vegie....what would be a good watt to flower with??

Well I can get them (Bulbs)...originally It was strictly vegg. Flower outdoors, Now I'm thinking of getting them out a bit earlier and doing a nice SCROG. Just a having a hard time getting decent gentics and not seeds bastardizations (NO OFFENSE ANYONE) I want something elite that I know are female, I don't have time space for males...Fem. seeds are out of the question for me.
I've been out of the grow "game" a few years and I'm forgoten about
I can't even access my old account where I grew out SD IBL and DJ Grape Krush...
Things are looking bright for me regardless!!

Looking good everyone.My cab is up and running,had a few problems with temps. but i think i have solved them now so my beans are germinating and ready to go.cant wait!

Don't you know you're supposed to have sprouted those beans like weeks ago and kept them smothered under the pile of clothes in the corner of your closet with a 14w cfl screwed into a desk lamp!???
Congrats on making sure everything was set up correctly first. I see great things coming from your section of the woods.

That looks really good, both the cabinet and the plants. I guess you need to swing the whole thing away from the wall to access the plants? Is it on coasters to make moving it easier?

Yes and yes. I originally tried it with some cheapo $5 for 4 1.5" coasters. They didn't survive more than a week or so.
Then I upgraded to some 3" coasters at about $6 each that were rated to handle up to 110 lbs each. I mounted them under the frame on pieces of scrap cut to about 6"x6" and then straight up into the bottom of the cab. The 2x4 frame hides the coasters completely, but there's enough of a gap all the way around to roll easily and allow for adequate airspace for main intake (on underside of cab).
I swivel it out from the wall and remove the rear panel to access the plants, which are on 100 lbs shelving rails so that I can move them out for easy access.
Each room has ~250watts of 2700k CFLs spaced to evenly distribute light over the space.
As soon as I can find some, I'll switch out 3 or 4 of the 6 2700k lights for 5500k+ but I can't find 'em in a wattage higher than 27w.

Nice1! that gave me a good giggle as this is probably the only thing i have ever planned in my life!
Solved my temp problems.sitting at 79 so all is going well.
When i get something worth showing ill be sure to post my results.
