Obama will Prosecute Medical Marijuana Providers

One of the employees at the clinic was caught selling to a minor in the parking lot. That's where that stems from. Like I said, they will just reach and reach for anything and use their now on the record scapegoat, not that they need to.

There was a news report I watched on the Lynch subject, and what had happened was there was a 17 year old who had a bone marrow disease, or some sort of wasting/debilitating disease. The kid was a legitimate patient and as law states he was accompanied by his caretakers (parents) when acquiring his medication. The child's family was low-income and Lynch in his genorosity would give the patient free medicine. As far as medicine ending up in non-patients hands, I have not heard anything of it, and not to say that its not false information, but to say that does not occasionaly happend anyways (much like underage children getting people to buy them cigarettes or liquor) would be far from the truth, much less proving the latter is something I would be intrested to hear.

This just proves that if a truly caring compassionate person who was fully endorsed and supported by the entire community can be demonized and prosecuted, then nobody is safe from federal imprisonment.

If that is what they are sticking by, then we need a public statement solidifying what is and what is not within the boundaries of the law. Otherwise this is the same political mumbo-jumbo that we have all become so well accustomed to...

In Michigan prop #1 got more than 3 million votes. 63% yes. Obama got 2.8 million.(59%) That was for medical. This item on last Novembers ballot got more votes than any item on any ballot ever in Michigan history.

And in MA, their decrim bill got a 65% yes vote. Much greater than Obama again. Don't remember the exact numbers. I'll post some results for you when I find the link.

Back to the topic. Can we please show the people where we were better of with repubs., conserves, and not the current guy. Any ideas on how it would be better on another path? Hey don't get me wrong. I think that McCain would have been much worse for us.

I'm just saying that Obama is way behind the people on this one. And that he hasn't taken the time to represent the people on this.

I think I'm seeing hints of his sources of information being manipulated. Which is what takes place with them all. Control the information to the leader and control the leader.

Obama, him self had nothing to do with this decision. Why is he being brought into this situation. He doesnt have enought time right now to thouroughly investigate a case enough to give a confident pardon. He has real problems to worry about. Lynch new this was federally illeagal, and he took his chances. He broke the law before the policy was in place anyways. Also selling weed to anyone under 21 even if state law says 18 is ok, is just a bad idea.

we havnt even had the official national drug policy review yet. Things take along time in government, even with proper support. Only in national emergencies do we act quickly. Except for bush jr. He was slow in the head. He put a horse laywer in charge of fema. Then he didnt act properly during katrina. Then the asshole just handed out 2,000 dollar checks, like candy to people that wasted them on T.V.'s and shit they dont need.

I'd also predict that mine will be one of the last states to approve medical marijuana. From where I'm standing, other than the media coverage, not a lot has changed since I started smoking in the early 70s.

The children get arrested also. I know that the paperwork doesn't say they were arrested .. but to a young mind, what difference does a piece of paper make? They were taken from their home and family by force, by people in uniform.
