For this guy's sake, I'm glad he restrained himself. But I bet we're all quietly wishing he had gotten ahold of them. They would have deserved every bit of what he would have given them.

This is terrible. For a trained guy like himself, I'm sure there are hundreds of ways that he could have found to dispose of 3 unneeded bodies.

Those Ftards are pretty lucky the police caught them before Mr. Luttrell did. Unfortunately, they won't get much in the way of punishment (unless he finds them down a dark alley way).
Many years ago, I almost went to jail for threatening to kill my neighbor after he said he was gonna kill my dog (of 16 years). Apparently, it's not against the law to threaten death on a animal, but (obviously) fairly illegal to threaten a human. He called the cops, and told them I was at his door with a gun (false), and they responded with 5 squad cars, and a helicopter. Had then entire block out in the street. Long story short, the neighbor did not "prosecute" me, and the cops let me go. The neighbor moved away pretty fast after that, and it was a good thing, because I sat outside every day after that waiting for him....
Granted, Mr. Lattrell is in Tx, and there's a lot of open space out there. Lots of places for shallow, unmarked graves. I doubt too many people would miss these thugs..

Strange how you think it's a horrible act to kill a dog so that some guy suffers the loss of his dog. While you daily eat meat from other animals who suffer and die.
The dog probably lived a great life until it was shot by some evil disgusting people. The chickens for example lives a horrible life imprisoned for someone who wants to make alot of money on them.
Is that a wholly different thing and less disgusting and evil? It's a Different animal and different purpose of death. One is an animal who live among us and we have a close relationship to and the other is someone we never see when it's alive, just wrapped in plastic with a pricetag on it. The purpose of the dog killers probably were that they thought it was fun, the other is money. How come the first thing is cruel and bad when the other isn't?

my dogs are my children, I'd defend their lives as if it were my
own, I'd consider any gun pointing @ my property as life threatening,

I think that his training took over in this situation.... If they had pointed the gun at him I think he would have killed them faster then you can say bye. You are trained to control your emotions in the heat of the moment, which is why they subject you to all of the harsh conditions and stress while in the military.
These 3 are lucky they didn't get what they deserved.....

To answer a ridiculous question posed by Urbanan,yes a dog is different than a chicken..Does that help clear things up for you in that thing atop your shoulders I laughingly refer to as your brain?Comparing you to a chicken would be more accurate than comparing my dog to a chicken..

The purpose of the chicken's death, (or cow, or pig, or turkey, etc...) is not money. It's to provide food. There is a huge difference between raising and killing an animal for food than simply shooting an animal for the fun of killing it. I'm not sure why this even has to be explained to you.
