What's new

need advice for tea recipe

hey everybody! so i`m making a tea brewer out of a rubbermaid tote with a air stone, i wanna use it to make a 1:1 ratio tea ie: 1/2 gallon of tea diluted with 1/2 gallon of plain water, i want to make 15 gallons of tea at a time before being diluted, my garden will prolly use about 30 gallons a week. What amounts of bat guano, ewc, kelp and mollases do i need to use to get this mix???

What is your pump? What is your brewer design? Never heard of 1:1 or any other ratio tea. Maybe you should read the Tea Article in Stickies.

Definitely check out the Organic for Beginners in the stickies.

Tea doesn't stay good for a week at a time, you should probably make it every other day....tops in my opinion.

Love that you go organic :jump:

Flowering nute tea mix:
2/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano
2/3 cup Earth Worm Castings
2/3 cup High P Guano (Indonesian or Jamaican)
5 tsp. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
(That makes the "dry mix". You can make all you want and save it to use later.)
Mix with water @ 2 cups of dry mix into 5 gallons of water to make the tea.
To that 5 gallons of tea add:
5 tbs. Liquid Karma
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
Use it to water with EVERY watering.

I Want to try this recipe without the PSG, got hi N bat guano to substute, just not sure how much to mix into 15 gallons of water to concrtrate it to get a total of 30 gallons of finished tea....

What you are describing is not aerated tea which is brewed so nobody will be able to answer.
