I don't like associations/clubs/whatever...If I did, I'd move to Cali and enter their medical program. I just like having a close-knit group of people with common interests, that way if help is needed, help is easily found.

I don't doubt it. Putting a brushless motor on a feather weight aluminum chassis is bound to produce some crazy results. I wouldn't be the captain of that vessel while stoned. Too risky.

The hobby is starting to look attractive again... damn it! I will probably build a new 8th scale buggy kit when I get some money. Converted to brushless of course and fat LiPo packs.

fuckin a mash,you git it right anything with a brushless/fat ass lipo=fast as a mutherfucker,1/8th buggy huh? i was thinking bout gettin that team associated sc8 its so fuckin badass its a pro 4 trophy truck scale replica it comes 4wd and nitro but when i get it id prolly not even buy fuel, just convert to a mamba monster brushless with a max amps 8400mah 35c lipo shoulp push 75+mph not bad for 1/8th huh?

MASH that sc8 Is pretty bad ass check it out on rc10.com sick design I have ideas to kick It up a notch to the realism and add a rear straight axl like the real pro4's, but its gonna be a bit til I can get It, at 700 for the rtr kit I'll wait a few more months but I will get one and itl be bad ass
