Toronto is Theee city to live in, so diverse and the cannabis law here is not that strick compared to the states. were are the city that right after B.c. on the list.
but one thing about T.o that is bad is that we have a gay street called church street LOL pure gays on that block haha.

Most cops in Toronto could not care less about Pot. It's practically legal there, just don't get caught selling or anything.

As for the Church street comment.. well even the straightest most conservative people know at least to stay away if that sort of thing bothers you.
If on the other hand you believe in "to each his own" then you might check out the Pride festival in the aforementioned area. Quite the crazy party!!!
