I have only read about a 1/3 of the posts a lot of reading here for sure. I would at least try to represent the southbay San Diego's finest lol. This is a Bubba Paki cross I have had about 8 years and given to a few friends. Suerte JK

Hey guys there is a horribly slanted editorial in today's san diego union tribune entitled no law allows sham pot sales. It could really use some more rebuttal comments! I can't post a link but search for the editorial from signonsandiego.com - if someone could post up a direct link and maybe start a relevant thread in the medical forum it would be most appreciated. Maybe help get some more eyeballs on this.

i know you know this cali, prob just high, but jack herer x skunk#1! haha. it came from amsterdam to far northern cali, then on down dago way. shes makin it around the med scene and im sure will spread all around. if you get a chance to grab her-do.
the article didnt seem that bad. ive read much worse. i mean technically, mmj laws seem to have slowed down the movement for recreational laws to be passed, and recreational use of mmj(and cmon folks, is there anyone here who thinks noone is taking advantage?) DOES start to erode the validity of MMJ, doesnt it? i have NO problem with the idea of recreational use, and the legalization of it, and it doesnt really bother me when i see a 18 year old in what im sure is 100% perfect health, sitting in the doctors office waiting to get his/her card, and no problem with every californian getting protection from unjust laws, but it has, and in some cases is, out of hand. and dont try and tell me that every person who has or does own a dispensary in this state has played by the rules, or even gives a fuck about anything but makin money! i know there have been and are caring people in the biz. but when your local "co-op" gets raided and they have 10,000 hits of ecstasy in the back room, guess what? thats a slap in the face to those people who sweated blood and sacrificed to get prop 215 passed! i want to belong to a co-op that cares about its patients, doesnt take advantage in any way, pays thier taxes, and represents the movements i believe in with integrity. and if the owner of the dispensary pulls up in a benz or a beamer, then they can kiss my ass! haha----- I know this is not going to be a popular train of thought, but it is one that SHOULD be discussed. especially now, with the economy the way it is(speaking of the state here) the defecit we have, this is the single biggest opp we have to really open peoples eyes to the monetary value of taxing our states biggest agricultural crop as a recreational crop. and i think this effort has been slowed by the mmj movement. any thoughts?

Then they should present it in a way that doesn't feel do" Jerry Springer" that would allow more perspective and truth into to the picture. That way the other 50% of who have an opinion built on lies not facts can make a choice with the best info. Iim not sure if 100% were behind it, that the county officers and DA would relent.

it has been brought to my attention that some douchebag is lifting pics off of IC and using them for whatever it is he's doing....and not even giving credit/reference....

For some reason I suspect they are going to start giving out credit where it's due or those pics may not be up there for long as the publisher of the website had no permission what so ever to use someone else's pics, that would be illegal and they would be on the hook for compensation to the original photographers.
