i wont be joining this game tho....i can do the 100 in 2 fast sets of 50 anytime i want (marine corp 50...which is 25 to most peeps)... and can do 20 deadhang pullups....and i do dips on the stair rails while my co-workers smoke and pick their ass evey day.
being a bike rider (bmx)....i wont bore u w/ leg strength...ill just say fill the leg press w/ 25 lb. plates and i can do it.
lol i workout 6 days out of the week for bout an hour. i used to be a fat shit when i was younger and i dont want to go back to that so i got pretty deep into workin out and eating good food.

I've found in 4 years doing pushups in the last week or so has put more stability back in my shoulder than anything. I regret not doing this long ago. Any who finding this is working for my abs but I feel like I'm pinching something in my back I dunno if 2 plates are rubbing or what but its annoying. Going to try doing this on a harder surface see how things go.
So who's still in this with me? Even if you quit keep on going at it who cares if you cant hit 100 you'll get there. If my chubby ass can do it so can you.
Since my first post here I've been sticking to it. I'm doing 3 days on then taking a day off for now. Gotta rest sometime. Just got back to work so I'll no longer have all day to do this so, better get going!
