I'm kind of new around here, but I've seen your last grow and this one looks great as well. I'm doing my own outdoor grow so we'll see how it turns out.

Best of luck.

hey buds, thanks for dropping in...and thanks cd, I hope they survive my weed boot camp when they go out...this year has to be ultra low-key because of the police raid....i am not going to be able to see the ones on the mountain very often at all. the other site is wasy access, but its nowhere near as safe/secure.

anyway, got a nice package in the mail today :D, will be taking pics and posting tomorrow.

No, thanks expert I'm much better. Believe it was a virus.

New pipe, some of you who have read my 2008 thread might recognize it as the exact same type I bought last year, with the replaceable activated charcoal filters, only to have it taken away.

The hits are great, its a big bowl and the filter does exactly what its meant to do. I've smoked bongs that were harsher than this baby.
I might buy a vape sometime in the future.

Land Races are Highly Prized by breeders. If you can acquire some plz grow out a few and do an Open Pollination for strain preservation.

tdy: thanks, gl to you too!

rcknrll: hot humid summers, then rainy season sept/oct. right when the buds start to bulk up, it'll rain for 4 days straight or some shit like that. I think I need Greencure.

xare: A guy called TokyoGrower in the japanese forums is doing a native japanese indica grow atm. He said the mother had huge leaves and no mold. He got them from a pretty cold place up in northern Japan where cannabis grows wild.

Sorry to bump my own thread, just some stoner thoughts...If I did a perpetual grow indoors with my favourite (so far) Mandala genetics, I could call it "The never-ending Satori"

when doing it all outdoors you have to be careful ...I haven't grown out any of your choices, but I'd suggest you grow a mold resistant sativa, just in case there's bad weather for dense budded strains in the month leading up to harvesting

Since you aren't going to be able to visit them daily for watering then you'll need to start them in the ground or in pots large enough to hold enough water between visits.
Grow them for 2 ~ 4 weeks in the pot then plant into prepared plots. You'll have better control that way.
Protect the pots with a mesh and curved wire to form a protective "tunnel" until they are ready for transplanting..mesh will stop just about all seedling destroyers and protects against hard rain on seedlings too...
Choose weeks in late April, May, early June when the weekly forecast is for warm weather with rain showers to plant your seeds.
Plant your seeds a few weeks apart, not all in one hit, if you can help it..

Have a good year!
