Cheers`;`Hatch`;`:joint:

Hey man well here goes I went ahead and switched ;-) I managed to grab 33 clones and placed them in pH'ed water jars. Each one was dipped in crushed aspirins and after 5 hours appear perky and healthy. Currently rigging a 10gal fish tank to be their home... Lets get it popping and thanks for the words bro...

I always through that when I start growing again I'd sog but man you may have changed my mind.

I'll be very surprised if you don't pull a lb from that thing bone dry.

Thanks Mr. Tony I really hope so man ;-) and I love this ScROG technique - I mean hey I haven't really started weaving but after seeing what people have done with it. I am sold...

you'll have plenty of clones! shouldn't you be cloning soon if you're going to flip?

5 gal container was fine for me for one plant per 1K, power plant...she sure filled er up with roots. 2+ gallons a day towards the end...

I got some clones 33 to be exact. I figured I can get at least 10 to survive being that this is not something I'm too good at. I'm a seed guy but I'll be cloning from now on. But you can still grab clones up to two weeks in bro. Hopefully they all survive ;-)

i wasnt gonna subscribe i have too many already and you have plenty of visitors,

but ok ok you have me sold, interresting trimming and tie down technique. im in for the ride, very short and bushy haze tho.

do you know anything about the parental line of your haze there, like seed company etc?

looks like a strong fit plant, ill be lurking

Ah a voice from the Arctic ;-) Welcome and I have to say I too have subscribed to yours a long time ago because you have some VERY nice growing skillz... I also absolutely love that fresh salmon you were cooking up there. Looks better than a rib-eye I tell ya. The lineage is unknown to me. About a year back a friend of mine purchased a pound from a local and it just happened to be seeded. The smoke was great and you knew what it was on the first pull. I kept some seeds and grew a couple out prior and they turned out fem. Great smoke just the same but tall like a mofo. I literally had to chop her top a couple times and I said that wouldn't happen again. So my over-aggressive training and pruning brought forth this little one I have here.. ;-) Stick around bro. The show starts now as I've already reset all timers for 12/12. Crossing fingers here.

Hello people Guys and Gals
I've gone ahead and cleaned out the undergrowth as best as I can. Looks a bit lighter now and I managed to grab 33 of the best looking cuttings. In total 100 cuttings were removed but WTF am I gonna do with a hundred cuttings LoL. This is the main benefit to a longer veg ;-) I hope to be stocked for years to come.

Pics will be coming soon. Btw. I will not be weaving these plants through the screen because I want to be able to remove screen in case of emergency but I will be tucking all new growth under for the first 3 weeks of flowering. Oh man I am getting excited. Let us do this thing...

the flip has finally come ! sooo excited lol

ok quick question; if your ppm is rising and the water level is dropping does that mean that the plant is just drinking and not really taking up nutrient ?

completely off topic but after 11 months I have finally finished building my car  Mitsubishi Evo V 650hp at the wheels :) soo happy lol the thing i have noticed, the bloody thing has used up all my patience, well not really I just really really cant wait to see these girl finish

anyway
Peace SDG

i think you can kind of see it here. has any one else done this? i have seen it done and it usually produces good but i have nothing to compare to yet. i think this is what you did but mine looks a little funnier without screen.

Sup SDG keen as for an update on your girl. we have talked about my Flood and Drain system and how the plants are only getting like half the amount of food.

So I decided to come up with something that I haven't heard of and many I think will say is a waste of time but heres what I did.

Recurcilating DWC/flood and drain I wanted the benefits of both worlds its working really well.
So what I think Im getting is the dry root zone from the flood and drain phase and the plant is eating heaps from the DWC phase.

I now run 15 minutes feeds every hour flood and drain
Then 4 hour RDWC for the hottest part of the day :):):)

I run a flood and drain in Hydroton with a 100L res (25 gallon) and 25L singluar 2 part buckets (4.25gallon). I will go up to 8 buckets under 1200-2400watt got the equipment for it but am waiting for my first clone grow as i have been going from seed so far.

I wanted to get the best of both worlds and from the plants reaction, I think I have.
The only real problem is I can't check the roots like you can with just DWC but I think when it drains it should keep that root zone nice and healthy I am also a big advocate of bio-diverse enviroments. All I really did was added air stones to the bottom of my buckets that come on with the 4 hour feeds.

Here's some pic's and plans if you could add them in so they are visible rather than clicking on them that would be wicked I still cant figure out how to do it, also SDG there's one there of my pre-flower girl :)
Chur Chur Chur I attribute this set up to me and SDG.
If someone has already done this or this is a common set up sorry, but hey simpson probably did it already anyway.
Peace BCity

man this is close to what i did but without the airstones in buckets i was thinking of doing but i didnt think i would need becasue of the drain giving all its oxygen. i read in a couple places to feed only every 3-4 hours but with those airstones maybe you can do longer. looking forward to seeing results

sorry sumdumbguy i thought this was his thread for a sec

Bcity, Have you seen any of my hydro: RDWC w/ drip in 10 gal. bubbling buckets & the Hybrid E&F/NFT/RDWC crazy results in both...Your ideaology of the world we call hydro is spot on IMHO, and defenitely NOT a waste of time...You should have great results with it, provided everything else is optimal(room temps, ventillation, etc.) but thats just my opinion, which might not mean shit to most...

I do know that I'll never go back to soil/coco for indoors...Yeah hydro is more work and more initial cost, but I also don't have to buy bags of soil each grow, The benefits of dro far out weigh the cost/work...IMHO...:2cents:
