so i got this from a local guy, its blueberry in a can! Its just a marketing skeem to make ppl pay more and it keeps the weed fresh! sorry i dont know where the seeds are from.

but heres a quick review

taste-9- very strong taste of blueberries and very very smooth
smell -9.5- it smells so good i wanna eat it
potency-7.5- lacks a lil bit here, mostly in the head and very clean
overall-8 just some damn good blueberry :D

That's cool as hell, but I wonder why they bag it before they put it in the can? Either way, thats sweet!!

LOL is that mail order? Friend of mine i worked with said back in the day he used to send bud in cans from Alaska to so cal

people have been doing it for a few years i think, they buy the can machine online and just get some bomb ass weed and flip it for a ridiculous price! but let me tell you...when u first crack the can...the smell just reeks up the entire room. I think they put it in the bag so you dont have to pry out the crumbs out of the bottom of the can. Now i heard this all started because of "tuna kush" aka gettin weed in a "tuna can"... but who really knows?! Theres always different types of weed in the can as well... so far ive gotten lambs breath or bread, bubba kush, blueberry, bubbaberry, and now im waiting for some "rockstar kush" :D

i use to get bud in cans in like 90-91...and yea it was always killer and they would charge ridiculous prices for it...the packaging was a seller all itself.peeps started just callin it the can....yo i got the can bro lets smoke...type stuff ya know...i wish i could find a canner,id bring that back LMAO...
i was surprised to see it right now,its been a while.btw that bud looks tasty brotha.

Anyone know how long the bud is cured before it's put in the can? I kind of hate that it's in a bag. Maybe they do it in case someone shakes it in some type of odd situation.. Maybe they see an unlabeled can in your pantry and shake it, maybe a raid is taking place in your house and they decide to check the unlabeled cans they find..

Wonder how long it can be kept in the can? Does it continue curing? Does the plastic mess with the smell, taste and trichomes?

It certainly seems like a great idea for a grower to use. If I were going to do it, I would try to find cans big enough to fit a glass jar inside. Then I would find a non-toxic glue and fix the jar inside. Let it air out for a week, maybe rinse it with water (hope the glue doesn't weaken)... Then put bud in, fix a thin sandwich baggy over the top, probably with a rubber band. Then I would 'can it'...Maybe make my own realistic copies of Vegetable Can labels in Photoshop and glue em on...if I could find the right paper for labels... That thin laminate feeling plastic whatever stuff they use on cans/jars..

it can be kept indefinitely in a can, potency will diminish over time depending on the storage conditions (temp and humidity).

yes it keeps curing

and yes plastic messes with the smell/taste and smudges some trichs.

Wow that looks really tasty! Im always so jealous to see peeps that can get good bud from others. Here in oklahoma the only good shit comes from what I cultivate.

this blueberry was cured for 3 months and then canned. I have noticed whenever i do receive a can and open it the bud is dry... not very very dry... but just a lil bit... having it in the bag might also be so that the buds dont move around in the can and break up...most of the nugs i get in the can are still intact. THe plastic doesnt seem to mess with the weed too much..i can hardly notice actually...but when its sealed its sealed... like vacuum sealed...no smell whatsoever!

How about that eh, When i visited Vancouver B.c, that was the frist time I seen the can thing, pretty neat i have to say. when I return back to where i was living i was bragging to people about how i got good weed down there that was in a can, and they just look at me and think that i was lying but w/e.
