The Hounds Log 09 (Cleaning up the mess........)

Hi folks. :D

We've been regulars at cdot for awhile and while I have been registered here at IC Mag a long while back we' decided to start a "so called" Grow Log.

A brief background: Last August I was diagnosed with Lung cancer......long story short, chemo, now in remission. :woohoo: HOWEVER, while we were concentrating on all that stuff we made TONS of messes and mistakes in the bloom area due to all the 'outisde action" many of which we are still in the process of discovering. The last biggie was the 1 kw light on for four or five days 24/7 (fan turnning off regularly but cool tube didn't blow up thankfully)
So new surprises and challenges are dropping by every day.

I'd love to show some pics but it says I can not post attachments. What is the best way to show pics here......in an album or ? Any assistance appreciated......I'm pretty computer illiterate.

Right now we are blooming two Brainstorms in hydro, 2 Dutch Dragon x Power Plant mixes in soil and our half revegged White Rhino Mix in soil that most likely will be "getting some cement shoes" and going for a ride soon.. We're not really seeing anythng super positive happening with that poor plant so we will most likely humanely euthanize it in the near future.

In the veg area we've got several hybrids in soil....mostly Power Plant mixes and a WhiteBerry in hydro by itself plus 2 Master Kush babies in hydro. As I mentioned in the title we are "cleaning up" the messes we have made and assessing damage

wow weedhound sorry to hear bout all that bad news both with you and your medication,glad you caught it in time to be able to at least save em,and ive been loading pix onto my photo bucket acct then copy/paste the img to a post spaced apart

Hi Weedy, almost didn't see ya! Subscribed. I think Bozo finally got it thru my head how to do the pics, thing. Thanks Bozo! I never tried the copy paste thing..

Cement shoes huh? Let's see what would be best way to euthanize? A blender? :D That would get it over quick....lol Maybe you should plant it in the wild, let it go back to nature...haha

Howz the scrog action going...I just set up a scrog too, I don't know if I'm doin' it right, but I'm doing it...

Weedhound have you ever tried any of the SNLxNH outdoor, or know anyone who has...The way this strain grows in hydro makes me wanna try it for an outdoor hydro experiment...I'm defenitly gonna run some SNLxNH outdoor in roots organics 707 mix, that and some NCDG and We got some Blue Dragon and Bubba Kush Clones rooting right now, so hope to make some mommies of those strains as well...

Hey d4, ok I'm ready for Dexter again. :D

Thanks everyone for dropping by. Today I will take some photos and put them in an album and then slowly work my way down to the tutorial that bozo was talking about......most of which I didn't understand but that's me not him. :D If I study it enough I will get there so that is todays project.

We DID get our super cool subpanel box put in (the electrician was great plus a grow man himself so also got lots of tips!) and has been working beautifully. 200 lbs of extension cords have now left the room. :D

Be warned....we don't have anything exciting going on right now but at least we'll get a baseline.

Thanks for the photo info bozo......I'm not quick with this so probably will need your help again. :)

Warning...photo thread tried and failed for me...All I can get are links to my photo gallery. Once you figure it out, come over and beat it into my head.... Maybe it's a Mac thang...I'm living in a Windows world. (Windows sux)

D4, no I haven't tried that one outside but I bet she'd do well......pretty hearty strain if you ask me.

Our scrog table was a complete bust......we had a small heater underneath during the colder weather and the lighting from the coils caused both MK's to semi reveg.....a 2 x 4 table filled with revegged leaves and totally scraggly buds. NOT one of our best may I say. :D At the same time it hermied a Whiteberry x Power Plant so now I've got millions of those seeds as well. We also dumped the large Rhino-x.......she wasn't doing ANYTHING really not taking on buds or even growing.......just hanging around being the same. When we dumped her we found that she was fairly rootbound so while the rest of her seemed like crap apparently the roots were happy; go figure.

Well I managed to get some into an album so I think I know how to do that at least. I use Windows too Lola...wouldn't slightly know what to with a mac if you gave me one.

Dang, is that a real person? Looks like his mamma had a rabbit for a lover to get that kid.... Only prob I have Bozo, is no copy options will work for me....it just copies in a link.
