Try rabbit stew, or scalopini either way they are tasty. LOL.

Try some type of predator urine, that works sometimes; depends how hungry they are.

Moppel, how about making bigger cages with a lighter and thinner wire like chicken-wire? those cages in the pic look as if they were made with a more expensive type of fencing net... chicken-wire is a lot cheaper and lighter to transport and if you paint it opaque green/black, it will be harder to spot.

good luck keeping those rabbits away... perhaps place a sign point the opposite way of your plants that says: albuquerque

just kidding...

good luck indeed!

peace :)

Here are some new pictures for the crowds :muahaha:

Well, nothing much to add. The 3rd guy quited, looks like he is too chicken to take care of plants.
After the rabbits did their job, we had to kill 2 plants. They where the Ed aroma plants. They where 5, and now just three. The others are great white shark, they are growing nice and havent showed any flowering symptoms.

Here are the shots taken today

This one also got eaten a lot by rabbits, but we decided to keep it

This one is the ed aroma, already starting to flower, sux for outdoor...

yea, that guy went to water once with us, and we never saw him again....lol.....but ok, we can do this with the 2 of us too, cause we found that other dirtroad. Its kinda far, something like 20 minutes walking and there are fallen trees on the dirtroad all the way. Believe me, its no fun at all, walking that distance with 20 liter (45 lb) water every time. But as my mum told me years ago: i should haved gone to university......lol :spank: :bashhead: :muahaha:

so....we put of big fences, and what happens......some f****** animal came into the cage. It must be a rat who climbed in it, cause there was no signs of rabbit which digged under the cage. it didnt really eat leaves but whole stems , and there was a lot of leaves on the floor, rabbits like leaves....

I really hope we dont get screwed by those basterds too much, we lost 4 plants so far.

We planted some seedlings which i vegged on my terrace too, uk cheese x purple afghan and ecsd x purple afghan. 2 of those got eaten too.

later all

Try a high quality air rifle in 5.5mm(.22cal). It will serve to dispatch both the rats and the rabbits, and is relatively silent. Discard the rats, but eat the rabbits.
Whatever you do please don't use any poison. It kills indiscriminately, poisons the environment, as well scavengers.

Well i must to say, this thread has come to his end.

After changing some cages to bigger ones to let more room for plants, some animal got inside our cages and ate all our plants. It isnt a rabbit, and i am almost sure they where rats, cause we left bates hanging in the upper side of cages (70 cm from floor, and got eaten). They mostly ate the stem that suport each leaf. and all the leaves where lying on the floor.
Its pretty sad, all that work, digging under sun, bringing heavy bags with water over and over again, to have this.... nothing :fsu::fsu::fsu:
The place looked great at start, but with those animals arround i wouldnt grow there anymore in my life, so Fu***k this sh*t up

that sucks so much im sorry to read that...
I had the same problem last outdoor season, started about 60+ plants, and some god damn animal, most likely rats too, came and ate almost all of them! i was left with just 14 that made the attack. after that i said f*ckThat! and moved indoors......
wish you guys more luck next time, I'm sure once you'll find a good location you'll get BEASTS!:D

peace

I'm sorry to hear that u had to end ur grow due to pest.. its a guerilla grower's worst nightmare.. I hope this year u plan on making preparations and invest in some predator urine or some means to prevent this... have u guys figured out a weight to counteract the pests for next season.. just curious to ask because I will be setting out my babies soon..
