Mostly Organic Alpha Diesel Grow

Ill start with my setup. I'm flowering in a 4x4x6 custom closet box. I'm using a 400w hps air cooled with a 4 inch vortex inline fan. The room is exhausted with a 6 inch vortex fan (did my last run w/ no carbon filter, but from what I hear I may need it this time around ) I used a 6 inch Inductor fan for my intake, which is filtered. I've just switched for AN Iguana Juice to the BioBizz line in hopes of better aroma and flavor. Four plants (alpha diesel females selected from one pack) are in a 70/30 mix of Foxfarms Ocean Forest and FF Light Warrior in 4 gallon pots. Two other plants (one Lambsbread and one Chemdog D) are in 70/30 mixes of FFOF and perilite.

I've recently tested my hand at cloning. First time, got roughly 75% success in rapid rooters in the window sill. 5 Alpha Diesel clones and 1 Chemdog were just transplanted into dixie cups to begin veg. I also have some other clones still trying to take root.

All Alpha Diesel plants have now been in veg just over 2 months. Started under 4 bulb T5 setup, I moved them into the flower room under the 400w three weeks ago, and topped them two weeks ago. Side branching really kicked in and now I have 8-10 nice tops on each plant where I hope some tasty diesel nugs will grow.

The lambsbread really didn't like the neem treatment I have it after finding a suspect spider web on a lower node (fuckin spider mites.) The Chemdog loved the neem oil, but did not like having cuttings taken off of it at a foot tall. It also started to drink water at a crazy rate, so it ended up going bone dry for a couple of days in the heat of the summer. Hope she doesn't end up herming out real bad on me.

This is my favorite girl. Shes reeked of sour fuel since the seed germinated. I can't get anything to root off of her, but I have a feeling the smoke will be A++

This is another lovely lady. Nice and smelly. Not as sour or as fuelly as 3 tho.

My second favorite after #3, but clones well. Very sour smell, just not as pungent. Think its gonna be something special.

Nice growing. Gotta love her. She took the longest to show sex, and probably has the least desirable smell, but who knows between now and the dry buds.

sorry for laggin so much on an update. AD#5 ended up showing pollen sacks all over. damn he-she! I've seen a nanner before (my trainwreck day 77) but that never did anything. this plant looks 90% female 10% male, just judging by the number of male flowers i pulled off this morning (about 20.) Is there any chance this plant, which showed these 20 someodd male flowers at day 19 of flower, will grow to become anything but a full-blown tranny. I hate seeded bud. I kept the plant around for now, just kinda wanted to hear what you guys thought. It's tucked between its legs right now, but i have a feeling #5 is gonna let its nuts hang again sometime between now and day 75. ps the rest of them are totally female, but i have this strong intuition that my AD#7 is gonna show some balls as well. ph is steady in and draining at 6.5. And after last time, trust me, there are NO light leaks whatsoever. Hope im not jinxin myself.

i just begun my 7th week today (so day 43) and everything is going well. i should have DEFINEATLY put them into 5 gallon pots instead of 3s. They seemed to be rootbound about 2 weeks into flowering, and i mean like a solid block of roots. I guess i should have learned after on of my 2 SOUROGKUSH clones got badly rootbound and hermi'd 10 weeks into flower, leaving me with a bunch of undeveloped seeds after a 83 day finish. give or take. my feeding program is as follows in ml/gal.

week 1
5ml BIOBIZZgrow, 1ml ALGAMIC, 1ml BIOBIZZ bloom, 1ml organicare HUMEX, 3/4 ml FULVEX

week 2
2ml GROW, 1ml ALGAMIC, 2ml BLOOM, 1ml HUMEX, 3/4ml FULVEX

week 3
1ml GROW, 1/2ml ALGAMIC, 4ml Bloom, 1ml HUMEX, 3/4ml FULvex

week 4
aerated tea brewed 48 hours with 3ml GROW, 1tsp/gallon GUANOKALONG, 2ml Humex, 2ml fulvex, 1/4ml SAFERS BIOMIN MAGNESIUM

week 5
1ml GROW, 1ml BLOOM, 1tsp/gallon GUANOKALONG (Note: This was NOT an aerated tea, it was done SOMA style [mixed in hot water, then filtered through cheese cloth to get out chunks]

week 6
4ml grow, 1 1/2tsp/gallon GUANOKALONG (soma tea), 3ml HUMEX, 2ml FULVEX

week 7 (at least my plan so far, unless someone can advise wiser)
1ml grow, 5ml bloom

weeks 8,9,10
just straight RO water. maybe a little HUMEX and the beginning of the 9th week

Ive stopped having to change my ph with these products (even with the guano) as they always come out between 6.3-6.5 when mixed. Runoff is almost always 6.4 even with plain RO water at a ph of 8.4 going in. FFOF has a nice buffer with the oyster shells it seems. changing the water ph to 6.5 in the past has caused a runoff at 5.8-5.9 and it seemed to be slowly killing my babies vigor.
