Yo Composer - what an impressive pull for your first shot at the SFV, sic sic job my friend, much respect... I know exactly how happy you must be to have that strain in your medicine cabinet, it's one of (if not the most) tastiest OG's out there - and the high is classic OG - mood enhancing and nerve relaxing! Fuck all this bullshit drama over the OGs bro... just smoke that bomb kush and live large!

I'm positive that some of this BS is simply misunderstanding, miscommunication. But it sucks anyway. Peace will return. For now I'm going to spend the wee hours of the morning testing some killer, lemony pot. 
Speaking of lemony pot... It won't be long before my medicine cabinet re-welcomes Schrom. It has been several years, and I now have several about to be put into flower. Schrom has one of the most lemony scents in the biz... and the taste is like sandalwood incense. The sativa influence in her gets me paranoid, which is a good indication that it's extremely strong pot, because I NEVER get paranoid! hehehe Looking forward to some lemony Schrom. If you've not tried it... get it... grow it at least once, you'll know what I mean. Gotta love the lemony smoke.

I just had my first taste of the much revered Schrom. CC you know your shit and describe it perfectly (for me NEways). I'm tempted to give her a trial run but damn I'm trying to cut back on the genes in the garden...

Schrom is da shiznit CC! Glad you're getting her back, you should definitely do an HT article on her - like two spreads worth, with tons of pics! Lemon to the extreme, and the aftertaste/smell is very divine indeed - like walking into a church during service! Effects are very intense and definitely not for the inexperienced, one time I had one too many bags of vapor with her and the paranoia aspect hit me hard - hearing things, sweaty palms, increased pulse, and so on... but in moderate doses she is very enjoyable and can really do wonders to one's appetite ;P

Yeah, it's really important to have fun, live w/ integrity, and take most everything w/ a grain a salt. Sometimes it's fun to be ornery though, have the crap I spit is tongue in cheek.
Maybe it's an outdoor thing, but I could show you a lot of picks, that's how i veg right now, sans room. I'm singing tha I ain't got a room blues... But trip I popped a bean on July 1st thats gonna bring in 2 Lbs easy. Put it in the ground. So it's not all bad-outdoors-long as u incorporate sunshades in the summer and tent for frost and santa anas and use lots a bt., and 20 million thousand other things. For instance how do ya flush a plant in the ground that's trunk is as big around as a baby jar lid? I use a lot a plain water folier.

But this is about u and that finished plate a well done OG, enjoy.. You got a great yield out of that. It's one of my favorite strains. Well done OG tastes so choice in a joint. The smell transfers right into the taste, and it tastes better as the joint burns down. I love the way the taste just kicks back on the roof of your mouth and lingers in the back of your throut on exhale. I love the way it hits you fast and hard, razor sharp with lightning speed way b4 exhale and then on exhale for me it gets visual. I love how uplifting the high is, you can really feel it's Sat dominance, yet it's narcotic at the times you need it to be.
Barrage a questions: How long did u veg? I wonder what kinda temps u ran, and whether u dropped them toward the finish? Also your res temps? PH? Do u really believe PBP is organic? I ran it two or 3 years ago and it raised my PPM's dramatically at half recommended.

I vegged until it was about 18" tall. Temps were 75-80. No drop at finish. No rez, I use soiless mediums fed by liquid nutrients by hand. PBP is not organic, it's organically-based... which tastes better (IMO) than nutes with no organics at all. I feed what my plants recommend, not what the bottle recommends.

As for Schrom, it doesn't smell like the OG Kush lemon, but more like Lemon Pledge, the furniture polish, to me. The SFV OGK smells like lemon too, but more of a light, natural lemon scent with a candied quality. The lemon in the SFV translates well into the taste of the smoke, but Schrom's Lemon Pledge smell turns into a sandalwood scent when burned. You can tell when Schrom's being smoked by the smell in the air.
