Those look really good Rainman...I could only imagine the smell.

GDP is the one of the best herbs i've smoked so far and it was grown to perfection. Not the strongest, but the best taste/smell i've had. It is what i'd smoke with someone if its there first time smoking. Such an enjoyable experience. I wish someone would do a ErklexSCBB so i could get a chance to grow something similar.

HDN - I really like the Sour D outside. It has no odor until late and has been real easy to work with in the backyard. I could have grown her to 10 feet if I wanted but security first! The GDP is something else all together! She is a great plant but really should be inside. I have been pulling catepillars off her all year! The bugs just seem to love her! I cant deal with that much maintence when everything around her is just pumping away with no pests. The smell is what I think attracted them. Good luck with yours!

JohnnyR - The smell is just incredible and I see why she rules the commercial market in NorCal! I find myself just taking deep breathes of her scent the whole time im out in the yard! Amazing! Outlaw has a cross with GDP and DPD if you are looking for some good cheap seeds.

Techna - Thanks for dropping by bro! I have been checking your sick Bubba thread all week. I think your cut is the real deal and the smell you describe is dead on for my cut too. I got some (Double Purple Doja x Pre 98 BK) from Outlaw going right now getting ready for the 1st indoor run of the year! Cant wait!

its pretty insane man. she outlasted the mendo purps in my garden, and is better than the grape apes ive smoked and the purple erkles ive smoked. some have said that my cut resembles erkle more then gdp. some even mentioned purple kush. i dont think i will ever know for sure, but she is a beaut!!

I'm not an expert by any means but the GDP I had looked a bit more stout and fat structured...not spiraled and the hairs were more evenly spaced, not in clusters. That does look more like Erkle which i heard is even better!!

I know it's gonna be killer either way so enjoy it....

JR - There are so many clones floating around Cali clubs mis-named she could easily be Urkle! I just go with what they say when I grabbed her since I would never be able to verify for sure. She is a good frosty lady with that GDP smell I would recognize anywhere but she hasn't gotten colored up even with our cool temps the last week. I have another cut from a separate club thats gonna run indoors next to her clone and a Purple Kush from SR-71. Keep you posted. Thanks All!

I hear that purp kush from sr71 is the shit!!! THE BEST purp kush cut there is. I have yet to get one but have seen many pics and it looks BOMB!!

Edux - Yeah bro she is the real deal and people love her! If you can get your hands on one I would say grab it quickly!! You wont let her leave your garden and she will become a fav no doubt! I am gonna cross mine with (DPD x Pre-98 Bubba Kush) and gonna do the same with one of these GDP cuts. Hopefully will have plenty of good seeds to play with. Love the purple strains but want to try to create one with real knockout power and same grapey taste. Thats the goal anyways!! Good luck and thanks for stoppin by the lounge!!
